I bought over $100.00 of items because I was going on a cruise. I thought I would buy and return what did not look good. When I tried to return, thay start out nice asking why and what can they do to get me to keep them. When I said I just want to return they would tell me to send them to hong kong but they will never give you an address just over and over send to hong kong! Please keep your money! This is too bad too because I would have loved to buy more if they just simply let me return my items right away with out run around. I never did get to return them or get my money back!

If I could give then a rating of 0 I would. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and the sizing is too big their sizing chart is incorrect and they are the cheapest cardboard type of shoes. I was told if I wanted to return them I would have to pay shipping to send them to Hongkong. Yet their shipping label on my package says Monroe Township, New Jersey USA. How do I get my money back? I guess i will stick with WISH, DRESS LILY and AMAZON from now on

This is a company that claims to operator globally. This is incorrect. They only want the American market. How do I know? I decided to purchased some clothing from them. The payment went through with the amount they said would be needed to ship the goods to the UAE. Then I had not one but three emails asking me to confirm my address. First there was David, then there was Lucia, then Lucia again... They wanted me to add to the postage. Hong Kong is a whole lot closer to the UAE than to the US but, no, this dodgy company just thinks non-American clients will cough up for the privilege of being someplace else.

Frankly, if they can't get their proper postage on their webpage, they are not worth doing business with. Stay away. Seeing the reviews, I am fairly sure I won't see my money back.

I blindly ordered twice and they have yet to even give me a tracking number but they quickly took my money. They have already almost ruined my vacation! I ordered some vacation wear and it's been a few days with no tracking number or an email from them (only PayPal) to say they've received my order. I am so upset. I'll stick with Amazon and trust websites. I'm very upset at this point and will never use them for retail again! This is a horrible experience. I knew things were too good to be true! They don't even have a telephone number. I've emailed them and have yet to get a response.

I ordered some items from this company, and 3 of them were totally unacceptable. (Wrong size and cheap material - nothing like the photo.). I requested to return the items for free as they advertise on their site. NOT TRUE. They wanted to charge me to mail items back to Hong Kong at my expense, and then I would still only get a partial refund. Folks... don't fall for the lure of getting nice clothes for cheap. This business is a SCAM!

I've ordered clothing from Dresshead twice. I'm still waiting in my second order so this review is really based on my first. Delivery was decent considering the shipment is coming from China. About a week and a half. The quality of the items was hit or miss. Some dresses fit great and nice quality while other outfits looked completely different. It's hard to know which ones will be sent as advertised so it's a risk you have to take. For $5-8 you get what you pay for I guess.

I ordered three items, all the same size - medium.
I am actually small size but understand the sizing was likely to be smaller. Unfortunately the two dresses were way too small and the top too big.
Also, the quality is very poor.
I emailed if I could return and receive a reply from Lucia saying, yes, but I had to return to their Hong Kong warehouse at my cost. They did not provide the Hong Kong address and its not on their website.
I emailed again asking for the address but two weeks later I am still waiting for a reply.
If you check their website, each item has a 'Write a Review" but its been turned off. Then if you go to the Feedback page, it only has good reviews. They are obviously selecting which reviews to show.
I do not believe this is a very reputable company so, be very sure before buying from them.

Exceptional amazing. Prices are amazingly low and reasonable. Clothes are good quality. Definitely will be buying again!

I ordered 6 pieces of clothing from this shop. It took almost a month for delivery. Comes from China. Prior to me purchasing, I asked if any of the items did not fit or were not as described on website were returnable for exchange or cash back. The answer was yes absolutely!

Well... I received my order FINALLY! And the clothing is not what it shows on the site. The colors are totally different. The quality of the clothing is poor and super thin. And the sizing is incredibly off. I ordered size small and the actual size is about XL! I tried reaching out asking for a return label. I finally received a response stating that it's not their fault if my computer monitor doesn't show or display the images correctly! Unreal! Save your money DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They also have BohoChic which is the owner by the same company! Explore all your options. I just lost 150.00!

To add to my previous review, I contacted Pay Pal to help me get my money back. They finally got address and phone number from Dresshead. This company wanted me to return items to some forsaken place nobody ever heard off with tracking number provided to Pay Pal and full refund after company will receive it. Cost of my parcel with shipping came for me at $21.60 because it came from California. Inquired with Fed Ex and to ship it where they wanted me to will cost $110.07. How about that.? And I was greatly surprised with Pay Pal not being able to do anything for me for example at least insist to send it back to California. Not sure I will be so sure about them caring for their clients. Great dissatisfaction all around
