Disgusting. What can I say? Dress arrived with beading missing, the hook missing from the hook and eye, stitching coming undone, the decorative beading that was supposed to be under the bust stretched from bust to waist, making the rest of the dress hang dreadfully. The back was supposed to be scoop back down to the waist but what I got was a straight back at bust level. It didn't fit - very badly sized and bore no resemblance to the "made to measure" measurements I'd given them. It was dirty when it arrived. The material was cheap so instead of draping my figure with rolling pleats it fell in a rather awkward A line.

I told them of the quality issues and the fact the dress was actually substantially different to the one in the picture and they responded with "we think it looks good!". It does not look good. Now pursuing a chargeback through the bank to get my money back as they are refusing to refund. I'd be better off getting something from Shanton.

My daughter ordered her senior prom dress from this site. The dress did arrive as scheduled however the dress was absolutely 100% different from the picture advertised. I wish I could share the photos. The dress advertised was a BLACK gown w black flowers sewn into it. The dress she received was ALL white underneath with black tule sewn over it, AWFUL. It looks like something from The Addams Family. Now I'm struggling to get my $ back.

The picture I posted is from the Internet, and the women on it is on a picture that was posted as a person who bought a dress from Dressale, stating she is real. The women on the picture is Susana Vieira's daughter-in-law, Ketryn Goetten. If she indeed made that comment, I apologize... You can find the image of her among the pictures at the bottom of the page. I bet she did not order her dress from them. The review has the stile of the letters I keep receiving from cust service reps. So hilarious...

I was so disappointed with a dress for my son's wedding that I ordered from Dressale. It did not fit despite sending custom measurements and there was far too much stiff padding in the bodice/bust area. The waist was too big, the lining was showing in parts and the dress was unwearable. They suggested having the dress remade by a tailor! I requested a refund and sent at least 15 photos of the poorly made dress and was only offered 15% off my next order (ha ha) or 10% refund which I finally reluctantly agreed to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their workmanship is poor and their customer service is substandard when the customer is not happy!

Ordered a specific style and color for a stage play. Two days later I received an email saying the color I chose wasn't available and said they only had white fabric to make the dress - and was this okay. I had ordered green - so obviously, white wasn't okay. I cancelled and they said I couldn't get a refund. When I balked, they said they would refund all but 15%. I filed a dispute w/ Paypal & my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

Dressale = Horrible company with appalling customer service! I ordered a first communion dress for my daughter on April 25th of this year. Realized that the dress would not arrive in time for her special day I requested a refund the following day. Over a month later no refund or dress but I do receive harassing emails stating it would be an inconvenience to cancel and refund my order. I was told to order something else from their site, like that's going to happen. STAY AWAY, BY ALL MEANS, STAY AWAY! Use your local seamstress and avoid the headaches.

Dressale.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with concerning purchases online. Although their return policy states that they will return for problems, it is completely not true. The item I ordered was a totally different color than the one they sent. It is for a wedding, and so must match. It is not the color of the swatches that they say to order from, but they will do nothing to help, exchange or refund the item. They offered a "10% off coupon" for my next purchase. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! They really think I'm going to continue to order from a deceitful company who will not stand behind what they make or send? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I just wish I had looked at the reviews before I did! I wish the ratings options included a "0"!

This site is a fraud! Ordered a dress and it came and was not the same dress. The lace on the neckline was all ripped and the trim was a different color and not the same as pictured. Their response was that they cannot supply the dress as advertised as it would cost alot more money. They also said that I have to accept what they supplied as it was similar and would they not warrant the ripped lace on the neckline or even the wrong lace trim. They said it wasn't that bad and I can pay someone to fix. They also have stopped responding to my requests.

I read some bad reviews about dressale and also some good reviews, too. Though hesitate for some time, I made the order after livechatted with Jick. He guarantee me the quality and the delivery and offer me a coupon code 2SSALE in this case my order was treated in priority. After receiving the dress. The women in my family are excited and overcome with the high quality of the dresses. I don’t know how you can supply such excellent quality products for the price and also manage to supply the product in such short time. I ordered a gorgeous custom made mother of the bride dress, but when i received the dress it looked like a elementary student made it in class, i put the dress on and i was in tears the dress was horrible the lining was sewed in wrong so it made the dress gather around the hemline also it had no shape to it was like wearing a box, and the sequins were so cheap they look like confetti sewed on the dress. The bolera jacket did not have darts sewed on the back so that made the jacket not lay down against your back. I had to take this dress to a seamtress and she had to practically remake the dress all over needless to say i had to pay for the dress again. But now thanks to my seamtress the dress is gorgeous like it looked on line

This is the worst company ever! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! They have poor quality material plus its to expensive for what they give you. The dresses I ordered looked nothing like the pictures I mean nothing! If you have a big event plz don't order from here because it will be to late to look for another one since it takes them a long time to get you the dress. I had a event that was super important and was going crazy because I was stressing out since I did not like what I got at all. Worst company ever. When I got the dresses they were falling apart, i got a hold of them and they told me to send pictures i did then they said to e-mail them, I did and they kept me going in circles. NO GOOD!

NEVER EVER BUY anything from this site. They have no idea of colours, there return policy is a SCAM. I wish I read some of the reviews here BEFORE I ordered my dresses. The colour is wrong, it's 2 sizes too small with faulty zipper and there is no hope for any refund coming. I've already spent a week sending emails back and for and each time someone new answers with absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Judging by the broken English of the "POSITIVE" reviews here they are typing them themselves. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this tite you will be deeply disappointed with wasted money!

Before going to Dressale I'd left every other shop feeling really confused and disheartened by 100 white strapless dresses. I put a call for recommendations out on the sitejabber Dressale came out top. It deserves every bit of praise and more. First off, it's the most stunningly gorgeous on-line shop I visited. Of course the dress is the most important thing but I also wanted the experience and I could spend all day in heaven there! Secondly their service is exceptional. They really know their stuff and they're so friendly and down-to-earth - not a whiff of the snooty bridal shop about them and extremely helpful. As I say I was very confused because I'd been finding that after a few dresses they'd all blur into one, but they have a clever trick to help you find the right dress and cut out all the confusion... But I'll leave that for them to tell you! By the end of an hour I'd chosen my dress. To add to that, I've paid for my dress in full now and the service is STILL exceptional - some shops don't care once they've got your cash, but not there.

Last but not least, the dresses! They had by far my favourite selection of dresses. I found that other shops just had loads of strapless gowns, which is great if you like it, but I wanted something different. Dressale for strapless fans AND the rest of us - there's lots of choice from beautiful designers made well in quality fabrics.
