I have 4 bridesmaids and i ordered on dress made to measure from the site to try it out and see what i thought before making any final decisions.
I was told the dress would take 4-6 weeks to be made and then 5-7 days to be shipped. So i was over the moon when i recieved an email to say my dress was ready and had been shipped 4 weeks after i had ordered it!
The service i recieved was amazing and i even recieved a tracking number for my parcel.
The dress is absolutely gorgeous and my bridesmaid fits it perfectly! (made to measure) I will definately be ordering the rest of my bridesmaid dresses as soon as i get paid! The dress is stunning! Thankyou so much for your co operation i am over the moon with my purchase and i wil be recommending this site to everyone! Xx

BEWARE! I made a big mistake ordering from dressale.com! The dress looks nothing like the picture. And I asked Benny several times if the dress had sequins. I was told there would be NO! Sequins! This dress has rows of cheap, ugly silver sequins! Also, I ordered a IVORY dress! The dress I received is WHITE! Horrible! Benny responded to my frantic emails about the sequins and continues to tell me the dress doesn't have sequins... I'm looking at the ugly dress! IT DOES HAVE SEQUINS!

My neice ordered her wedding dress from this company and was very happy. When I ordered my dress I knew it was a gamble but I couldn't find a wedding dress I liked so thought it was worth a shot. Within minutes of placing my order the company called and asked how high my heels were going to be, my neck measurements, my height, etc.The dress came in about 2 weeks in the same package as my maid of honor' s. Her dress was also beautiful and well made. The wedding dress was great! The quality was very good. I ordered it in champagne, it was just right, an antique lace color. I had it taken in and hemmed but only because I lost weight and decided on lower heels.
Everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful my dress was. It was comfortable and felt elegant. I ordered a size 14 and normally wear a 10/12 so they run a little small.

This webiste is full of promises but does not deliver on any of them.

The dresses that I ordered arrived late: They promised they would arrive on time

The dresses were too small! I send them the exact measurements

The dresses were very badly made: I sent them photos returned the dresses to China. But they would not refund me the money. They basically said, they did not take responsibility for them.

I would not recommend anyone deal with the company unless they are happy to gamble and are willing to loose their money which I have! $500!

Ordered a wedding dress from this site before I read reviews on this site. Thought it was legit as it was backed by Paypal. Took over 2 months after numerous emails and live chats before I finally received my dress. I was not hopeful at all and I was proved right. The quality of the workmanship is appalling. The material used is of the cheapest quality. The finished product is totally different from the picture shown. The zip does not tally up. The boning is totally off center and bent. The button cap popped off when I was unpacking the dress from the plastic packaging. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the whole experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Do not waste your money.

Terrible site. Never order from them. I ordered my wedding dress from them. The dress I recieved was nothing like the picture on the website. The lace they used was cheap curtain lace. The seams were unfinished. Sequins were used instead of beading and were falling off. The dress was falling apart. NEVER EVER buy from them. I spent 6 weeks seeking a refund and return and was simply told that my standards were too high and I should fix it by sewing it myself! They are a scam and not a reputable business.

This dress I ordered was beautiful, however, when I received the dress, the zipper was faulty. The customer service for this company is a joke. They refuse to refund anything, and continue to state that their quality control department state that the dress was fine, so they will not refund. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right." Very unprofessional in emails, customer service is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company.

I am from USA and I was a bit sceptical about ordering my wedding dress from another country. But I read some reviews about dressale and took a chance. And I dont regret it at all. The service is excellent, I had many questions and dressale people answered them quickly and politely. After only one week and two days the dress came. I ordered it customed sized and it fits like a glove. The fabric feels expensive and luxourius. The dress is just amazing! I will tell all my friends about dressale! Thank you for making me the most important dress in my life!

I got my dress today after 3 weeks of waiting the quality is awful, the dress looks like a dress you get at the flea market, quality of fabric so bad... I spent over $150 for a dress like this... what a dissapointment.

I ordered a dress two sizes too big to make sure it would fit and when it arrived it was two sizes two small. I emailed the company and they said to lay it flat and measure it and take photos of it which I did and they said I didn't do it right. They also sent the wrong color so u wouldn't wAnt it if it did fit. They won't exchange it or refund my money. They said they would give me a discount on another dress but I don't want to take the chance of it being wrong again. So now I'm out $226 and have no dress. They didn't label the size on the dress or even include a packing slip in the box.

Persunmall is a very trendy and affordable site with a lot of different dresses to suit everyone's style! The dresses featured on the site are some of my favourite products they stock and the pictures provided are great to visualise yourself wearing it. The dresses look very high end and there aren't as many negatives as there are positives! I'm very happy about the prices as they could be and look a lot more expensive! The customer service is amazing and they always reply at least 24 hours.

Dressale.com is nothing but a ripoff! I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses from them. Two were absolutely horrible. The bodices were mismatched and very bunchy looking when the dress was put on. The third dress was made properly but came in the wrong shade. They are not willing to give an exchange or refund and when I took them up on their offer to pay to have the dresses fixed (my "fix" was to go elsewhere and buy different dresses similar in shade to the 3rd), they back tracked on their offer. As a result, I had to spend an additional $275.00 to correct their mistake. They say that they are a "middle business" and can't afford to give a refund because they will lose money if they do. Stay far away from Dressale!

ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY. The dress I received is beautifully made; however, it is way too small. The sleeves are so small that I cannot pull the dress up to my shoulders. It is 3" shorter than what I ordered. The hips, waist, and bust measurements are several inches smaller than their size chart. They refuse to fix the dress or return my money. They say the dress measurements fit their size chart so "we obviously did not make a mistake." They offered to refund me $14... What am I supposed to do with that? They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I am disputing this with Discover card. The dress fits my 11 year old daughter. Too bad she is too young for a cocktail dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSALE.COM

Do NOT use this company. Dress was very different from the picture they stole from another vendor's company. Their Customer Service is even worse than the dress. There is NO RETURN POLICY despite what their site indicates. I went through PayPal and was able to get my money back.

Once PayPal returned my money they THEN wanted the dress back. They couldn't use the dress as "handmade custom for you special from fine material" (since when is hot glue a fine material?) and returning the dress would be "waste of dress maker and time money."

They now wanted the dress since they weren't being paid and they threatened to have "black credit record done to you" which would "do bad to your life" because the didn't want to "harass you as well!"

They also keep changing their site name and change bad reviews on their site to 5 star.
