I purchased a dress for my daughter for my wedding. It took two months to arrive, which is what I was told to expect, they even called me to let me know and confirm colour etc. I was pretty excited to receive it. As soon as we pulled it from the package, we were so disappointed. It wasn't even the same as the dress in the picture, it was not good and there was a scissor cut in the back of it. I messaged them immediately and have done several times since, no response. Tried real person chat, no response. Each time I contact, they put the status of communication as closed. $119 I won't see again and a dress I can't use! :(

The worst online purchasing experience I have ever had was trying to purchase a dress from dressale.com.

I was trying to buy Splendidly A-line Wedding Dress with Lace Overlaid WD*******.

They do not have the material to make it, and will send you options that are a huge deviation from what the picture displays. It was very disappointing. I loved this dress, but it was impossible for them to make it. They did try and provide me with alternate options, but there was absolutely no similarity between the options presented and the dress I ordered. Very Disappointing!

When I tried to get my money back they completely ignored me and kept offering me alternate options instead of what I had purchased. I had to get paypal involved and file a claim to receive my refund. I really wanted my dress :(

What an experience. Do not spend your hard earned money on this site. I placed an order and I was dubios. I read the returns policy with a fine tooth comb just in case. I ordered, and I seriously got 10 or more canals and email messages asking me if I want to buy more. I kept saying no, just want this dress. Eventually the dress arrive. The dress took 6 wks. The beading on the dress was so poor, they were falling of and the bust line was around my neck and it was just all crooked. I wrote to them and they kept putting up excuses and offer me a discount. Do not buy from Dressale it is not worth our hard earned dollars.

DON'T DTO IT! I ordered a wedding dress for this site. It arrived two weeks later and was NOT the dress as pictured on their website. The dress in the picture had wonderful embellishments on the bust and down the side of the dress. The dress they sent me had horribly ugly lace in place of the actual flower that were to be sewn on. The fabric was not as pictured and everything about it looked cheap. They may have good photos, but they do not make what is presented in the picture.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would give a -o rating, however this is not an option. They sent me the wrong dress and told me to take it to get it altered. They will not give me a return address so i can send back. Customer service is really bad. Does anyone know of an address I can return to? They said the one on the website is wrong! Oh my gosh, very disturbing. I paid a lot of money fro the dress and it is not the right one :(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst experience I have ever had. There was a cut in the middle of a white chiffon panel at about abdomen level. They first suggested I take it to a tailor to have it "fixed." You can't "fix" a CUT in the middle of a sheer panel of fabric. Then they said I could put a broach over it. Um, sure... everyone wear's a broach at their navel. They obviously have no quality control, and absolutely no interest in customer service.

The pictures are beautiful. The clothes are really great! They are great and perfect for you! The shipping and services are really fast. The logistics is really fast with fast shipments. The clothes are really beautiful just shown in the picture.

I wish I could show you my wedding dress I received. It would speak louder than words. It is nothing like the dress in the picture. Just beware they don't do refunds! The seamstress I brought it to said it was made wrong. The front panel wasn't put in correctly and the dress didn't fall softly because they cut it too low. The set in bra is huge and too high. How does a company that makes dresses not know how to make a dress correctly? I am paying another $180 to remake the dress.

Ordered dress as a size 6 (cause that is my size) and I received it in the form of a Barbie doll dress! It was so small, no one would of fit in it! They absolutely will not exchange it for a different size! GORGEOUS dress, but I am not a size 0! If I cant have it fixed I will call my credit card company and dispute it! They are the biggest scam artists I have seen on the internet, and they are the reason I hate to buy stuff on line!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and 4 shawls. I measured my feet and ordered according to their size chart. They arrived, and the shoes we so tight i couldn't even keep them on for more than 30 seconds. The shawls were supposed to be silver, they were gray... and not even a flattering color of gray. After many back and forth emails they told me my pictures were "invalid". When I sent more, they still didn't care. Such poor customer service. Thank God I purchased using paypal, so I have a way to dispute it!
