This website is the worst thing that ever happened to me. I cancelled the order as soon as they told me how long it will take to deliver the dress, and they didn't process the cancellation. An exchange of emails kept going for over 5 months, with them ALWAYS replying with "You can choose some of our jewelry" or "a discount" or "a free shawl" or "we don't want to lose such a great customer" or "that is such a beautiful dress. Please keep the order"
They kept delaying the process of cancellation until it was "convenient" for them to look into the cancellation, by that time it was "too late" for a refund. (See what I meant by convenient?)
Basically, this is a bull website. Fake. And every single 5 or 4 star review here is a FAKE. Proof? They ONLY reviewed this website, and they NEVER commented on anything else.
AVOID DRESSALE.COM AT ALL COSTS. Don't say you weren't warned!

Although it took a little long to arrive, it is a fact that the dress I ordered was made and shipped to me. It is designed to my size and so fits me. It is well designed. The color is what I want, I really like it, my friends also think it is very perfect, she said she will order one dress from the site. Hope it would be shipped faster.
I ordered a wedding dress from dresale and the customer services is very good, because they will ask me about the information needed for the wedding. When the dress arrived it is slightly too tide, but luckily I loose weight before the actual date so I can wear it. Anyway, the dress is nice and I'm happy with that.

I have been shopping at Dressale for YEARS and I have had very little to no problems with my orders from them. Any problems that I have had have been dealt with accordingly by their staff. I love their products and most of them have lasted me seasons upon seasons. They have epic sales too!
I ordered a dress that looked fine on their website. When it arrived, the skirt was made from fabric that was a different color from the top. The fabric was very cheap. I had ordered it to wear to my son's wedding but that was impossible. When I tried to return it they would not send me a return address. They gave me the runaround, demanding pictures ( which I sent), then thinking up excuse after excuse not to take it back. I returned it to the address on the box it came in. Now they will not refund my payment. I am currently making complaints to PayPal, the Better Business Bureau and the US Consumer Protection Agency. This company should not be doing business in the US. DO NOT USE THEM.
I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping for a dress I needed to have within 7 days. I had no use for this dress after the 7 days so I even bought shipping insurance since I assumed this was insurance that the product would arrive in 2-4 days. This more than doubled the cost of the dress. They sat on the order for four days and shipped it too late to be of any use to me. It would cost more to return the dress than the actual sales price. Don't buy from them unless you are in no hurry to receive your item, they are in no hurry to process orders and are unresponsive to complaints
I absolutely love the mother of bride dress I ordered from this site! The material of the dress is exactly like the picture, very silky and soft to the touch. I tried it on and it's beautiful! Rich and the detail is amazing! Color is very gorgeous! It's just as pretty as it looks like! Fits me perfectly! Delivery was okay! And the price was nice!

It is flawless. Better than I expected before i read the bad reviews. I got mine custom fitted. It was perfect. It is not cheap material, it is a beautiful color and is one of the most comfortable dresses ive worn. Its strapless and there is no problem with it not sliding down all over the place. I couldn't be happier with it.
The emails were sketchy. Written in broken english with weird sales and discount codes and stuff and they all went into my soam folder but hey, I was pleasantly surprised with what came out of the whole thing.
