Dorm I was the only place I could find to completely outfit my two new TwinXL beds I purchased. The bedding is perfect, so far. My guests said they were comfortable. The only drawback: The Coma Inducer blankets arrived soiled but washed clean and the traditional length bed skirts arrived in the wrong color. I hope to correct by exchange.
I got the 5 panel bed skirt since I'm going to half loft my bed. Just wanted to make sure I had enough in length. I love the product the only thing is I saw two very small stains which was very odd. Overall great product!
We purchased a desk from Dormco, when it arrives the shipping box was almost destroyed, the pieces inside varied from scratched up to completely demolished. When we contacted the company to return the item we were told to take pictures of the damage, so we did and sent them. We were then told to that we had to make a list of all the damaged pieces( which is pretty much every piece) and they wan to send replacements and if we wanted to return it we had to pay for it. The lack of customer service and the absolute horrid quality is mind boggling. We will never do business here again and have had to turn it over to our credit card company as well as the Better Business Bureau for help. BUYER BE WARE!
The items I ordered came pretty quick. But one item came that was not the color I ordered. No big deal these things happen. I was very happy with the quick response to my issue and they were very helpful in resolving it to my satisfaction. I would definitely order from them again.
I ordered the complete package and added additional items. I spent over $700 dollars. The box arrived and it was missing quite a few items. Called customer service and was told that the warehouse said they were all packed. They refuse to send the items and that there was nothing I can do. College Ave is a rip off
Delivered multiple days later than promised (and two days after company sent me e-mail asking me to confirm that I had received the item). Took 10 days to be delivered, after I paid for "3-5 business days" shipping. Should be free shipping for such slow service! USPS stopped tracking the item 5 days before it was delivered!
I have ordered 5 comforters so far this year. The microfiber reversible comforters are great for dorm rooms and home bedrooms alike. They are soft, warm and easy to care for. Delivery was prompt. I would definitely order again from this company.
Dorm Co has the worst customer service ever! Their products are shipped with little to no protection and comes damaged. I received $260 worth of damaged products after shipping the products back for a full refund for the damaged products they refunded HALF of my money. For their own negligence I am paying the price! I paid for these products to come in new condition not broken and dirty. I deserve a full refund. After reading many reviews I've learned they've done many this way. BUYERS BEWARE OF DORM CO! They pocket your money and could careless about their customers or the products you have ordered once paid for.
First off the shipping wasnt estimated for the right amount so when I had paid extra for faster shipping it wasnt enough for even the slowest shipping method. I just received it last night and opened it this morning to find that its not even colored and the picture shows a slightly off white. It looks just like the outside box that they sent it too me in and I paid $150 for nothing its very disappointing
The description for mattress encasements ordered was incorrectly listed an "encasement," as what was sent was simply a cover. Terrible customer service! They would not offer any help other than their standard return policy, which is also quite terrible. Customer paid shipping no matter what, apparently.

There were about 20 pieces in the set i bought for about $180. However, I am slowly regretting this decision to buy from this site. In order to feel satisfied with the towels, comforters, and blankets, you would have to wash all of these things because the fabric rubs off. The fabric from the towels stick to your skin and doesn't come off easily and the fabric from the blanket rubs off on the comforter. Everything is very simple but just a bit annoying.
I received my order really quick. I ordered a cushion top trunk for my daughter who will be heading to college in the fall and I could not be more pleased! I will definitely order from this company again.
All the products I received were very nice. However, the ordering process was very complicated and time consuming. It was very difficult and annoying to have to look through all the pictures and then choose an item. The trunk I received while also very nice was slightly damaged around the latches. One of the smaller latches was completely broken and the other small latch dont not even close. Only the middle large latch works properly. But other than that everything in the order was good and I was happy with
I was so excited to get my shelving for my dorm desk. It came partly broken, one of the corners of one of the pieces was off. This made it kind of difficult to put together. Besides that, it seems to be holding up well, and it looks very nice. The part that was broken can't be seen from the position of where it is.
The shelves seem to hold everything up as they're supposed to. I couldn't be more pleased! Very efficient, works well. Great idea adding the adjustable feet to level the unit on not-so-straight floor.
I ordered stuff for my college kid on 12/23/19. I paid for Rush Delivery to recieve it in 2-5 Business days. It wasn't delivered until 1/7/19. I figured there would be a couple extra days added, because of Holidays, but it was still much later than promised? 15 days total, 7 business days total. Do yourself a favor and order Amazon Prime. It may be a couple extra bucks, but totally worth it! Now I have to pay extra shipping to send all these Dorm Co. Products to my kid in College, because they were'nt here before he left to go back!
Ordered a bed skirt for a lofted up dorm bed, the length and color is perfect, one of the covering sections looks a little strange, but overall happy with my purchase and the cheapest one i could find!
Ordered the bed risers- the metal was warped on the inside of the risers, and they won't even support a 100 pound person, not sure how they'd support anyone bigger. Then said that the 100 pound, disabled person would need to haul them back to the post office and cover shipping (more than a third of the cost). They don't stand behind their products, and are kind of a rip off.
We purchased a rug. It was thinner than a towel. Returned it 4 days later and was told there was debris on it (it was out of the package for 10 minutes on laying on top of our living room rug) and would not give us our money back. It's not a company I would buy from again. Young unprofessional customer service
Decided to order this for my daughter's desk at school at the last minute. Decided to have it delivered at the school since running out of time. It arrived intact and was pretty easy to assemble. Makes such a difference.
