I was shipped a wrong item, which was super disappointing. But customer service were able to resolve it with a gift card within 24 hours. Super quick response, very helpful.

Dollskill staff are SUPER helpful when I enquired about a order mix up regarding a pair of boots I'd ordered/received. Unfortunately I got sent the wrong colour, but the staff that contacted me about my concerns helped alot. They resolved the matter quickly and always kept me posted! I've ordered from dollskill heaps and this was my first and only order mix up.

So I ordered the boots covered in fur they were 198 dollars … way way to much for fake fur, the boots are super cute I'm happy with them but they feel very cheap. I don't like how the fur is like a sleeve that slides over top of the actual boot. They're super cute I am happy with them

After an unfortunate mishap online, I was helped by customer service to straighten it out. Thankfully they helped resolve the issue (site ordered 2 items by mistake)

Dollskill is one of those places that is at a consistent level of reliability. Shipping is pretty quick, and there's usually not any problems with my order. The sale category can have you finding pretty great deals as well. The only reason for 4 stars is because if you need to return something, they either charge you a shipping fee or only offer store credit, which is okay if you just need to exchange for a different size. Fix your return process!

I was unable to fit into my first order, thankfully i was able to return it for STORE CREDIT ONLY. But that's better than nothing at all, they have cute clothes but be aware of their values. They have stolen designs, promoted police brutality, glamorized drugs and sex work in the past, and have a lot of controversy. I chose to buy from them because as a plus size person i don't have many choices especially since i don't want to shop at torrid and look like a soccer mom(torrid can be good sometimes). Don't hate people who shop here though but be aware of who you're buying from. Customer service replied fast as well.

I love how many unique clothes you can find here. This company has clothes, purses, and other accessories that I would not be able to find at any other store. I love their shoe selection especially. They also ship pretty fast and have stellar customer service. I have only had a few issues with this company, but they have all been resolved. I would recommend Dolls Kill to a friend who is looking for unique fashion with an edge

I love the creative clothing, accessories, and home items that they carry, and I love the quality of everything I have Bought so far. Shipping is very fast for me, and the packaging is well done. The only complaint I have is a lot of items are out of stock. I'm not sure how often items come back in stock, but I do have a decent amount saved in my favorites in hopes they do.

I definitely appreciate how quick their customer service representatives respond to emails!

I usually have to wait no longer than a day (sometimes I get same day responses!) for a reply. My issue has not been 100% resolved otherwise I would be giving a perfect 5 stars, but it's always a pleasure dealing with their kind staff.

I love Dolls Kill. Their selection is unbeatable and shipping is good/fast. The only thing I don't like is that they give store credit for returns, but I get it. When I have had to interact with customer service everyone has been super helpful. Sometimes I see certain items available for much cheaper elsewhere, but that's the internet for you I guess. Overall recommend.

After sending back a return, I needed confirmation due to using Afterpay as my payment method & Jesus was more than happy to get the ball rolling & assist me with my inquiry!

I didn't receive a confirmation email when I made my very first order and was having trouble getting the text service to work, but got a response from someone to help me within seconds when I emailed them! Andrea was able to send me my tracking info and all is now well. Thank goodness it worked out. I'm very excited to see my dress soon~!

Customer service is helpful, but the good stuff sells out so quick. It's just a little frustrating but they do respond quickly and do their best to resolve your issues.

I paid for express and received the product well and truly over the 5 days shipping. Great customer service and fast response but in future I would prefer a warning if it might be late or just don't offer that speed of shipping if there isn't a guarantee. Still love my product and the site.

I had the wrong address automatically filled and so was spiraling into a very stressed headapace frantically messaging them on as many platforms as I could, Chelsea was lovely and she told me everything was okay and fixed my address to the one I provided right away I love her so much for saving my order I was so worried it would get cancelled and the items would sell out I'm so lucky Chelsea swooped in to save the day xx

Dollskill is hands down the best store for anyone with style and uniqueness! They have endless options of kawaii, punk, rave, and hippie clothing and fun stuff. Dollskill is my friends and Is favorite website for all our rave needs and we check the website every day for new stuff. Every time Ive ever ordered from Dollskill, my order comes exactly on time. Their customer service is amazing as well and gets back to you within hours! <3

Shipping is not ideal, because when they post the tracking info for DHL the list the GM # which is not general tracking information. Please correct that on the website for easy tracking :) However, Customer service is always quick to respond.

I've bought 5 things and had to return 3 (just size issues). The 1st return everything went real smooth, but the 2nd return I waited much longer and still got no credit. I contacted your customer service on Sunday morning and by Monday 5am mountain time they had responded and made sure my return was credited to my account. It was amazing. I've never had customer service be so responsive and courteous from an online purchase. Thank you.

The order was delayed however customer service was great! Fast reply every time, very respectful and they refunded the delivery and return fees to make up for it

So I would hear about dolls kill and always be tempted to buy something. When I finally hopped on to the site I fell in love with everything I saw. Yes it can be pricey but its worth it. Ive bought 3 pairs of shoes and a fishnet top and I am in love. All I would recommend is putting in more information on sizes and materials. Maybe add a customer reviews because we can all help eachother to pick better sizes. Also customer service is very understanding and simple to reach.

I purchased a pair of ankle boots for my granddaughter for Christmas and they arrived on time she opened them Christmas morning and noticed that there was some imperfections in the boots. My daughter asked me to call and let them know which I did. I tried phone calling first and could never get
Through. Finally, I did text and with five or six text messages the situation was remedied. The 'Dolls' were absolutely wonderful to work with, so appreciated their help.

I ordered some thigh high socks for a party and paid for upgraded 2-3 day shipping, however, they did not come within those 2-3 days. I emailed customer service and they were GREAT they were so nice and so friendly and personal and immediately gave me a refund for the upgraded shipping. My experience with dolls kill has been incredible!

Minus the store credit part, I love this store. Wish they kept better stock of each item but what they do have is great
