Absolutely love everything I purchase from the dolls kill website. Everything is package nicely and doesn't break the first time you wear it. Have purchased makeup, shoes and accessories. The makeup came in perfect condition. Obsessed with this company it's so hard not to spend all of money. Anyone making a purchase would not be disappointed.
I've been a big fan of Dolls Kill for years and love their huge selection of unique clothing, shoes, and accessories! The fact that they carry XXS sizes is amazing for a small girl like me and I get so many compliments on my outfits! Their customer service is very responsive and helpful as well. I use to buy from dolls kill like all the time for the past 3-4 years. Just a month ago I sent back a pair of overalls that were incorrectly sized and I had to pay for the shipping. Anyways, it's been a month and I still haven't received my refund. I've emailed them and they were responding at first until they decided to not answer me back regarding my order. I believe they blocked me because now when I email them I don't get a second follow up email stating they will respond within 24-48 hours.
They've always been such a great help in communicating and their service. The overalls were $150+ and I want my refund. Considering they did this. I'll NEVER order from them again. I also don't suggest anyone else ordering because if u want to return it, you might not get your money/store credit back. FACTS

I ordered a size small dress and the bust was so laughably large that half my bra was showing and you could see down the entire dress if I bent over. I've never had this problem before, ever. There was so much extra fabric it seemed like it was an XL but the tag said small.
The other item I bought (also a small) fit fine although it was very short but I assume that was just due to the style.
Honestly I was so upset that they had sent me the wrong order but I'm leaving 4 stars anyway because not only did I get a refund! They let me keep the shoes they sent to me in the wrong size. While I'm still a little sad I can't wear them I'll be able to give them to a friend. The customer service team was also super fast in responding to me and very helpful! I would still purchase from this site again.
I have ordered twice now, first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I'm in the UK. But now they're having a laugh! I will NEVER order from them again, firstly the quality of the clothes is not worth even the small amounts they cost! They look good but they'll last 3 wears. Secondly you'll pay for express delivery and expect it within 5 days, then 20 days will go by, you won't have your order and they'll just say "sorry". Nothing else, just repeated sorry's.
I'm disappointed in the quality for the price, the sizing, and the fact that returns are for store credit only. To me, this does not count as allowing returns. I don't want to shop here again because the quality is not good for the prices, but I am stuck with a gift card now and have no choice. I don't have this problem anywhere else I normally shop, and I regret having giving this place a shot.
Ordered overnight delivery. Four days later they had not even shipped yet so I sent a message to cancel the order. They refused stating that their site clearly states orders can't be cancelled. There site also clearly states (falsely) order by 1 pm get next day delivery. I have since seen numerous other complaints online about this same issue, so they are advertising something they know is often false, and do not want to cancel the order and refund. I was a repeat customer, but will never deal with these people again. Deceitful business practices are good for long term business success.
They quietly changed their returns to "gift card' returns only sometime last year. No notice was sent to their customers. This is a joke. I sent back 3 perfectly fine boots in excellent condition and I'm only receiving a gift card! Customer service is not willing to issue a refund, despite emailing multiple times.
Will never be ordering from this store again. Stay away, they have so many other issues with copyright infringement and poor quality anyways. Shein quality for high prices.
I had the displeasure ordering from this company. BE WARNED: They do not give you refunds. Only gift cards so you're forced to order from them again. Sad that such companies exist. Spoke to Austin a supervisor and was not helpful at all. Was suppose to give the products as a gift but item came late (despite them telling me it was on time but their site said otherwise) so it's useless. Offered to ship it back for a refund, they refused and only offered a gift card. When a company doesn't give back money for their products, it usually means (in my opinion) they don't believe in the product. I will also be posting this on my youtube stores review side of things. It's time people fight back against companies that are greedy such as these.
I ordered an outfit to where to Blue Ridge Rock Fest and paid the overnight shipping fee but it didn't arrive in time. I contacted customer service and they responded right away and gave me a full refund. I will definitely be ordering from them again
Absolutely terrible customer service. Number one they are rude! Secondly ordered white shorts as I had bought some before and they were wrong size and got sent them with green straps clearly a manufacturer fault. Told I need to pay out of my expenses to even get reimburse a bit of what I paid!
Poor quality and WORSE customer service
I purchased a pair of boots june 9 and the sole is already detaching. When notifying customer service all they said was unfortunately they do nothing for used items and would give me a courtesy 10% discount on my next full priced item. What!? Why would I purchase anything else from this company if a boot doesn't last more than 2 months and you do nothing about it knowing the quality is poor. Them doing absolutely nothing and then trying to get more money from me was insulting and a slap in the face. Not a good way to do business if you want to stay in business
We returned a set of shoes in Mid June. They fit too large and sizes are not normalized to 37 or American 7. Mismatch. Followed the instructions exactly. Now it's mid August and no credit to our account. Will not care to do business with this company any longer unless their returns staff in the warehouse get with the program. Too risky.
In the meantime we wait impatiently. Email respond is good big lots of bS
I bought a pair of boots 3 months ago. I wore them twice. The side seam is peeling away. Sent pictures and a request just for an exchange with me sending defective boots back. Was told it is not Dolls Kill policy to except these types of returns because they can't say if it is because of wear or defect. 6 MONTHS should be no wear of this kind for the cost of these shoes. SO disappointed in my purchase.
I've been shopping this site for years and I'm so happy to see they've started being more inclusive with their sizing. I have a weird body shape to shop for and I've been able to collect some great wardrobe pieces. Also, SHOES.

Dude, I ordered 8 items over $300 on sale so some were last available. Paid shipping and paid for it to get to me by Friday. The shipping company said they delivered it at my front door. I was home the whole time and they did no such thing. After 4 days of hearing the same useless reply from them and threatening to sue, the package was magically delivered in a white mini van. It was all very suspicious. I'm very reluctant to buy from them again if they use a terrible shipping company with no real customer service.
I really appreciate the return policy! If you don't like something you could easily return it and get store credit, no problems so far. And I have returned a bunch of stuff, and really important for me they actually replay your emails right away!

No responses...$60 for boots and one comes broken not even attached in the middle... and now they want to give me store credit no way not with that quality would I care to see what they have. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
