Dolls Kill

I've heard about Dolls Kill for while and finally decided to order some things off the website. Now, I'm hooked! In the last 2 months, I've spent over $1,000. They have such unique items that you can't find anywhere else. Perfect items for festivals or just for wanting an outfit to stand out. The quality is amazing. I just can't get enough. I definitely will be purchasing a lot more. If you're ever thinking about purchasing on this website, go for it! My favorite new online shop!

Well, few days ago i just did my first ever online shopping. As well as i live in east European country i was quite afraid of shipping. I was scared that in case of doing something wrong my ordering would get lost. The package hasn't arrived yet but after texting on their email and receiving some advice I'm not panicking anymore. Their staff is really so friendly, caring and helpful. Already looking forward to make another order!

I love dolls kill. The quality is always good and they ship fast! I ordered same day shipping for 5 dollars and my order came in two days! You only get store credit on returns though which is a bummer.

After reading many terrible reviews, I was hesitant but thought "Well, yelp people are unreasonably whiny so maybe most reviewers are too." I received my order within 3-5 business days and they are just as described! Since I am a shoe size U. S 6.5, I wish they would either make half sizes or state whether you should go up or down a size. Let me tell ya now that you should go up one size! I got the 6 and they fit enough to be super snug but not hurt/pinch. A size 7 would have fit just right. Good luck with your experience(s) with Dolls Kill!

They have great clothing that is actually in my size, I am bigger, so it can be hard to find things that fit me well. Their plus section is excellent and has a lot of diversity depending on what you are looking for. What's nice is it's the same designs as the smaller sizes. None of that "These clothes are only for these these exact sized people."

I have reached out to their customer service people over a few things and they were excellent, any issue or question I had was taken care of or answered right away and very professionally.

I have no complaints and will definitely be making a lot more orders.

What really brings the love home for me is their amazing customer service who really does go above and beyond.
Everytime I've emailed, called and even TEXTED their number for help I received immediate and helpful responses even on weekends and they've made last minute changes to orders, shipping info!

I ordered some items online... and sent them to my old address! I panicked and text Dolls Kill contact number.
I did not expect for anyone to get back to me so quickly. I was having a late night shopping session. I really was not expecting to have the whole thing fixed in an hour. Like wow!
I tend to goof up from time to time but whenever I do this company always delivers this 'dude, no worries, we got you' attitude then they fix it.

I received an awesome pair of boots that unfortunately developed severe damage within hours of wearing them. I contacted Laura via email regarding this issue and within 2 freaking minutes she rectified the situation and kept me posted every step of the way Laura was super friendly, extremely fast and amazingly professional throughout our encounter and I want to say thank you again Laura for such an amazing experience. I really thought that I would have to jump through hoops to get any satisfaction regarding this issue but it could not have been easier or more pleasant thanks to Laura. Thank you again for making this so easy. I will absolutely be recommending this site to everyone I know. You rock!

I was excited, when you're not mainstream it's a bit harder to find places that sell things for your style. I bought a pair of trainers, I followed the size guide and they are way too small.
I couldn't find anything on their site about exchanging, so I contacted them.
I got a swift if not extremely over friendly reply, which stated that they don't offer straight exchanges. I have to wait for them to process my return then they will issue store credit not to the amount I paid and start the process again.
I will have to pay three lots of delivery charges.
There has been a bit of back and forth via email, but no resolution.
So be very aware! The sizing for the trainers ran way small as you can see from the picture, and getting an exchange impossible.

This company is really backed by its support team and I full heartedly believe that. You can sell amazing products all day long but if your service team is $#*! then it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Speaking from personal experience. But that is not the case with the dolls kill crew. The amazing clothes but even better customer support is what has kept me coming back. It feels like a great friendship that keeps on giving and I'm truly thankful for them!

Recent order was exactly what I was looking for. Amazing quality and well made. Customer Service was super helpful in tracking my order and answering any of my questions. Since discovering dolls kill, my wardrobe and shoe collection has grown. It has become colourful and ultra modern They have so much to pick from, there is something for everyone. Ordering and paying is easy too, If there is ever a problem with your order, the team at customer service will respond very quickly. I have ordered so many times and products always come in the said time and very well packed. All my orders have had tracking on them, so I know the date they should be arriving.
