The order processing time and shipping was neutral (it says free shipping from a certain amount but if you're buying internationally you have to pay for the FedEx flight service). The worst thing about this is that THE QUALITY IS BEYOND TERRIBLE for this prices. Some of the items are literally a wish or aliexpress quality. Clothes and especially the paper thin shoes feel horrible. One item literally tore as I tried it on... don't belive in nice pictures and youtubers who get paid to review this brand...
I had accidentally inputted the wrong shipping address while purchasing my Halloween costume and didn't realize until a day later. I started panicking and emailed customer service where Marivic responded very fast updating that she was able to update my shipping address.
Quality is really nice! XS fit well. I'm 5'3 118lbs! When I got it I did have to re sew one of the straps because they weren't in identical spots, but that was easy to fix.
I have made many purchases from the Dollskill.com website and each time it shipped quickly and the items were exactly as described. I have not yet had to do a return. I have had to contact customer service as my last purchase Canada Post mistakenly returned without even delivering. Customer service was beyond helpful and took the issue seriously and helped me make sure I got my purchase. It was an extra wait but with staff being so helpful i was not worried that I would get the item. Staff answered quickly each time I reached out through the process. Thank you and will purchase again!
I accidentally discovered this website and immediately fell in love. I LOVE demonia shoes, but since moving to a small town in Idaho I hadn't own any pairs. I was ecstatic to discover dolls kill, I love their selection of shoes, dresses, toys. Their support team is so attentive and respond super quick. I don't have enough good words to say about them. They have a customer for life with me.

I really love them at all the services they provide because they have excellent products and delivery, really helpful customer service, the website is easy to browse, the clothing is awesome and afterpay makes it even better and also hellped me cancel repeated order as soon as possible so that I don't have to spend more than once.
I have ordered from Dolls Kill quite a few times on a couple different accounts. I have never had any issues with my orders, they are always sent out on time and in perfect condition. This last time, however, I did have a slight issue. The bra they sent me appeared to have a manufacturing error. I dmed them on instagram and they told me to send an email. I did, and within a day, even though it was a weekend, Leah got back to me. She asked for pics and I sent and they immediately shipped out a new bra, no questions! I love DK and this made me love them even more! Will be ordering again :')
I accidentally used my debit card to purchase an order instead of my store credit. I emailed them and they contacted me, on a Saturday! They were able to cancel the order and give me a refund before it shipped. Best customer service I've had with an online company.

I've been shopping here for a little over a year now and I am consistently impressed with this company! It is so hard to find clothing in the styles that I want, but DK always manages to come out with the best clothing with surprisingly good quality. I have only ever returned one item due to quality issues, and it was only because of a sweater that shed to excess. Customer service is always prompt and totally pleasant, and I've never had an issue go unresolved. I only wish that things were cheaper so I could buy waaaaaay more stuff ;)
