After noticing that I hadn't received my package a week after its estimated arrival, I reached out to Dolls Kill to figure out what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised to have my inquiry responded to within the hour that I sent it and an offer to reship my order ASAP, which I gratefully accepted. I really appreciated how quickly my issue was resolved and the positive attitude from the rep helping me out.
I've been a fan of Dolls Kill for a while but I was nervous to order from them because I was not sure if it fit my style but I was wrong. I have recently made a few purchases from them and they tend to be fast with shipping like I always get my orders sooner than expected. I have emailed them a few times with questions and they are always super fast at responding and very helpful. They have styles for every one, I definitely recommend them!
I tried ordering at pretty big order from them 16 times. It was a lot of money. And the site kept telling me something was wrong with my payment info. So I called my bank 3 times and they cleared my card 3 different times! So finally my bank said it was not on my end that this was happening. I could hardly get through to someone on the phone at dolls kill, but when I did they didn't try to put me though to a supervisor. The poor people had no idea what to do & they were very nice. But whoever the supervisors are, just left these representatives out to dry! And kept telling me it was their banks team that was stopping my payments. Well that can't be true because I had TWO separate friends & separate shipping, billing, emails and accounts TRY and order this order for me. And guess what, the same message popped up for them as well! So the LACK of help figuring out this Is insane. I'm currently on the phone again with someone and she is being super helpful thank goodness! So maybe she will be able to figure this out for me. But Pre warning if you want help from a supervisor or if anything like this happens to you, they don't care about helping you out. Or the money or promotion you would be giving them. Yes this is a big rant but I also have all the screen shots, calls, emails, tracking of how many times the site would not take my order and how much I tried to reach out to them. I'll be posting this to social as well.

Everything arrived as pictured on the site and fits beautifully. Processing time should've been quicker, but nonetheless, I got my items and I am satisfied with the quality.
I ordered some shoes but they didn't fit to my liking so I spoke with Chelsea and she let me know as soon as I dropped my package off I could be issued a store credit instead of having to pay for the item twice. After I dropped it off I texted and spoke with Janie to confirm I dropped the package off and she issued the credit. I ordered the shoes and they should be here by the 30th, right in time for my bday on Saturday! Great customer service!
I couldn't get my item because sadly the hotel staff sent it back but this was by far the greatest costumer service I ever experienced and that deserves 5 stars!. I was helped and given store credit. All my questions were answered promptly and overall I had a wonderful experience.
I love Dollz Kill. So much. They have the most alluring products, a super fun vibe, I love their text customer service feature, just all around awesomeness. People recognize where I bought the things I buy from them. They are so lovely and helpful. They inspire me to go all out and be unapologetically me!

Ordered a costume and when it arrived it was just a bit too big on me so I tried to go through the return process on their website only to realize I never received an order confirmation email when I first purchased. Can't return an item if you don't have the order number. Luckily, Kaylin from customer service was able to find my order number through my name and sent me my order number in just a few texts! You guys are great! Thanks for your help!

Answer: I don't completely know what you are asking, but if you wondering what size to get in an American size you would get a 10. The sizing scale is weird with all the countries, but there you go. If you have more questions or if I didn't completely get it, please write back. Kylie
Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
