Whenever I have a problem and I email them, they ALWAYS get back to me in such a timely manner, sometimes even on the same day!
I had placed an order with next business day shipping selected, even though based off of the tracking info Dolls Kill clearly sent the item out when they had promised, fedex failed to deliver it the following business day. I reached out to them simply for advice on how I may receive a refund from Fedex themselves (I didn't want Dolls to be held responsible for an error on Fedex's End) Dolls Kill actually issued me a refund themselves. I sent an email Saturday afternoon and wasn't expecting to hear back until at least the next business day but Janie (the doll who assisted me) got back to me within moments to help me out. I'm bummed I didn't receive the item in time for when I needed it but this experience alone made me feel like regardless of what hiccups may occur with any orders in the future, I can feel 100% confident in their team to help me out. I woke up in the middle of the night for the opportunity to purchase a pair of the billionaire bling boots. I GOT THEM! And they arrived so quickly, but when I opened the box the packaging wasn't the greatest (later found out it was due to every pair going thru quality assurance) and the zippers were stiff. I messaged the online staff and was taken care of completely. Leah wasn't able to solve the problem so she escalated to Alexis. Alexis was prompt with her replies and offered different options for resolution of the problem. We were able to come to an agreement and I'm happy to report with a little DIY wax paper the zippers work great and I now have a bit more to spend on the site. Thanks ladies. I have a concert or two to wear my new bling at.

I recently had an order that had most likely been stolen from my address as the package was nowhere to be found but it was confirmed that it was delivered. I contacted dollskill & they have sent me a full new order for no cost! I am a medium in bottoms and they accidentally placed a small bottom in the new order, when I brought this up they changed it asap without any troubles! I'm really happy with the help I receive from dollskill and their clothing!

I ordered a Halloween costume that arrived in the wrong size. After contacting customer service, they immediately got back to me and offered to send me a new item in the right size free of charge and without requiring me to send the original item back. They were very friendly and helpful.
I contacted Dollskill via text through their suggested contact info. I was inquiring about the status of a return and I received an instant reply from the automated system I'm guessing (I messaged them before office hours). I got a reply within about 3 hours and they notified me that my return had been processed and my store credit was ready to use. The messages were very professional with the Dollskill swag added of course. I am extremely pleased with their service!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
