I've ordered from dollskill.com several times now. They have a cool/fun variety of stuff to choose from and their sales can be pretty good too. My items have shipped fairly quickly. I LOVE some of the shoes that I've gotten from there. For the items that I wasn't fond of, the return process was simple and easy to track online. Recently, when my store credit didn't show up within a couple weeks of return delivery, I contacted customer service and they provided the store credit the same day. This company is easy to work with & their website is easy to navigate as well. Thank you! :)
Placed an order on the 14th to be absolutely sure I had a specific costume to match my friends for an event on the 22nd. On the 18th I see that my order hasn't shipped yet, so I call and am told not to worry - it was shipping that day and would arrive on the 21st. So I call today, the 21st, because I see that there's still no tracking info. Turns out no, it STILL hasn't even left the warehouse.
When I expressed how upset I was, given that I'd be the only person not wearing a matching Halloween costume with my friends despite having ordered it a week ago, and the fact that a customer service rep had given me misinformation so I didn't even know to try to figure something else out (still believing I'd get my order in time), the company's only offer was to cancel the order and refund my purchase price. Wow thanks.

I had placed my order and realized that the shipping address that went along with the order was incorrect. I went to the contact us section and was shocked to see a texting option. I got immediate replies and my issue was fixed in under 5 minutes, not through a computer automated response either, I was actually talking to a person and they ensured everything was changed over to my correct address!

I live in Mexico, where most other online stores won't deliver, and if they do, it often doesn't arrive. Dollskill always send me what I order, and it arrives on time. I love the unique pieces that I can't find anywhere else, and they have the most unbelievable flash sales. The customer service people are super friendly. It's not like talking to an automated reply: these guys aim to please and do such a fantastic job. Our dance company uses a lot of dollskill pieces in our shows, and they withstand the sweat, the constant washing, and the quick changes. Highly recommended!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here.
