They are just the absolute best! They sell Lovely clothes that anyone can rock, and if you ever need help with an order or have any questions regarding your order, they are eager to help in whatever way they can! <3 I love Dolls Kill!
They went above and beyond for my order when it was delayed for almost two weeks and managed to get the warehouse to push my order! As soon as it shipped it came in two days and was personally delivered to my front door. (I live in an apartment complex where packages typically are delivered to our leasing office instead of the door so it was a nice surprise!)
Got a pair of koi footwear boots and the platform had came off the bottom of the shoe, and jemma was super helpful and fixed the issue. Anytime I've ever had to email y'all you have literally the best customer service hands down and I order alooot so thank you so much
I ordered some one-piece lingerie items that weren't on the size guide and the one that arrived first was too short because I'm so tall. I contacted customer support and Marina went above and beyond to help me out. She contacted the clothing warehouse to get the exact measurements of the items for me when she could've just said she didn't have the measurements. I've never had a bad experience with Dollskills customer support.

I got some boots and socks, as well as a skirt and I'm in love! Quality is amazing, and just overall them helping me with service is outstanding.
I had to return something because i didn't fit. When you return something you get store credit. When i hadn't gotten my credit within the days you usually get it I contacted customer service and they figured it out really fast. Great service

So I love Dolls Kill and can drop way too much money on them XD When my last package arrived at my apartment it had a big tear in it. I was super dismayed to find that three smaller items were missing. I contacted Customer Service and they very kindly sent me replacement items, and even helped when it later appeared as if the replacement package itself had been lost...! I've got my goodies safe and sound now and I can't wait for my next Dolls Kill purchase,

The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because they sent me someone else's order & they sent my order to someone else):
I received my package on 9/27, none of the stuff in there was correct. So I contacted dollskill thru the chat. I explained what happened & they emailed me asap. Kaylin was the one that helped me out so thank you. She emailed me with info. She placed a resend order for my items but sadly one was out of stock but she refunded me with store credit. Kaylin was very helpful. My correct item was shipped on 9/30 & eta for delivery is on 10/3, which is pretty quick!
I also needed help with my sizing because I was confused but they helped me out. Customer service is pretty good!
