I love this store so much! I have ordered from them dozens of times but most recently I had an error. They had sent me the wrong pair of shoes. This store has a feature I haven't seen any others with... a texting line! I texted them and told them the issue and they were so quick to respond and helpful! An awesome lady named Bree helped me and she first checked with the warehouse to see if they had the shoes I ordered, they didn't they sold out but they let me keep the shoes they did send me and she gave me store credit for my original shoes! The whole process was so easy! Love dolls skill so much! They always make it right and make the process so simple! Can't wait to go online shopping now :))

I really appreciate that Dollskillz customer service was able to cancel my order even though that's not generally policy, however I didn't appreciate that the response was "Waaaaahh :'( We've canceled your order " to my request. It's condescending and unprofessional. I get this is supposed to be the trendy millenial attitude for your brand but when it comes to customer service, I want professionalism and to be spoken to like an adult, not a pre-teen. I haven't been spoken to like this since my friends and I went through our scene phase 13 years ago.

I had received a wrong size for a jacket I ordered so I spoke to customer service. Long story short, they told me to take a picture for proof and to send it to their email. I got an email not even 30 minutes later and they told me they would check the warehouse and that they apologized for what happened. Well, now I'm getting the right size and I cannot wait! I'm am extremely grateful for their help and they had such a nice attitude. It made me feel happy that I shop online at dolls kill. Will definitely keep buying more items. Thank you for replying so fast! <3

I've bought from dollskill so many times and whenever I have issues, they always try their best to help. This week I purchased two of the same panty and both came without the rhinestones they were supposed to have. They immediately replied to my email and checked with their warehouse to see if the rest of their stock had the same issues. It didn't, so they sent me two new ones for free and covered the shipping! I'm so happy with their customer service. And they did all of this on a Saturday, which isn't even their regular business hours. The entire issue was resolved within five hours. This kind of response is typical of what I've experienced from them and I've been shopping there since 2013 or 2014 :)

If I were to do online shopping, I'd only buy from Dollskill. I love the different brands they have and also they're own brand. I have a very unique clothing style, I love colors, glitter and crazy prints, that's why Dollskill is a perfect match for me. Not only does the clothes look great, but it's amazing quality!

Maybe the best thing about Dollskill is the community and the customer service! I love chatting with Dollskill and they're always polite and kind!
