I love this site. They have amazing clothes that you cant get anywhere else. So unique! On top of that, they have the best customer service ive ever encountered. They always fix any issues in record time.
When I had an issue with my package not arriving, the people I talked to in customer service were very helpful and it felt like talking to real people, not bots. They resent my package and gave me store credit for the items that were sold out. Good experience!

My girlfriend and I love dolls kill, we ordered her some leggings and I had originally put in the wrong address. Bree helped me update that so fast and with ease. When they came in they initially had a hole on the side unexpectedly but instead of having to return and re-order, Bree came to the rescue again and submitted a new order free of charge. I love this store and will be ordering so much more, thank you guys again.
I've ordered from dollskill many times in the past without issue, although this time around when i ordered with est. Shipping 5-7 days. I waited 16 days, with the est. Arrival date constantly changing on their site. I contacted customer service and Holland was kind enough to get back to me very quickly and returned the shipping cost. Overall dollskill's quality has really dropped over the years but I'm glad the customer service is so good.
Love Dolls Kill and their wild and unique items! I wish they would allow refunds in other forms than store credit, but their customer service is really nice when you do have to return things.
My one and only favorite store, everyone is always asking " Oh my God where did you get this or that" when it comes to my clothing and shoes and accessories. It's hilarious that always my response is Dollskill. A lot of girls always tell me "I wish I could wear that out" to which I always reply and tell them of course you can! Something went wrong with my order and I was sent two different sizes for the shoes I wanted, so I emailed them and they fixed my order and sent me a new one within 24 hours! They were so easy to contact and responded quickly, I've never had such an easy experience dealing with returns/ asking for help from customer service.
