Fast service and very accommodating. I recieved my item in the post sadly there was an issue after messaging I got a response almost immediately and they resolved the issue very fast. I had some one helping me called Holland, and she was so nice, sweet, and helpful. I saw some luxurious looking pieces of clothing, jewelry, and varieties of other items. The best off all they were decent priced! I would highly recommend going to this site!

I was able to communicate with customer service via text, which is perfect for my busy life style and lack of a computer. My issue was resolved easily and within 24 hours(super fast for resolution of an issue submitted at 9pm on a Friday). Super impressed. 10/10 would recommend.

They were very understanding and quick to help when I needed to cancel an order because I used the wrong payment method. I also needed dimensions of a bag for a concert and they were happy to track down the item to measure it for me!

Dolls kill always gets back to me ASAP whenever I have a problem ordering through their site. They sell extremely unique clothing which is why I love them so much. I recently had a small issue with the launch of their Care Bears collection and by the end of the night they had gotten back to me and sent me a unique code for $10 off in the future, which was equivalent to the price of the item I initially had a problem with. <3

They response immidiatly on my questions (problem with size) I didn't have to wait more than a minute
