I purchased a purse that arrived damaged. I followed the instructions on the dolls kill site to email them a photo of the item. Bree answered my email the next day and helped me with a full refund. I was worried about ordering from a new site but I'd never hesitate to order again with the amount of care they put in to helping me with my refund. Also I love the way they talk like real people instead of automated messages. Seriously so cool how fast I was helped. Thank you Bree and thanks Dolls Kill for having such cute stuff and such amazing customer service. Even though my item was damaged, the excellent customer service will keep me coming back for more. To anyone wondering about ordering, JUST DO IT GIRL. You won't regret it

I ordered two pairs of shoes through the Dollskill website early January. I live in the UK and they arrived under 3 weeks after placing the order. Both pairs of shoes fit perfectly and were super comfy to wear. However, after wearing one pair 3 times, the sole of the shoe broke and came apart. I informed the customer service team and provided photos. I received an email within a day after contact and in under a week, they resolved my issue and are sending out a new pair to replace the faulty ones, free of charge. The customer service team were friendly and efficient and i would definitely order from this site again.
Fits great and the material is so soft. Definitely quality products. Customer service was very helpful as well with applying a coupon for me.
They got back to me pretty quick. I had one item that did not show up, and I have a new item being sent to me now.

The only clothes I own that ARENT from dollskill are my work sweats. I love their clothing, shoes and accessories. It's my absolute dream to be a Doll and be able to work with such an amazing company.
