I had multiple questions about items on Dolls Kill's site and was greeted with the fasted email response time I've ever gotten. I'm talking less than a minute and very helpful responses! I also made an error in the shipping address of an order and was expecting the answer that I would just have to wait for the order to be received and sent back then I could re-send them to the correct address. Instead, Kailyn helped me track down the order in a matter of minutes and update the shipping address. Absolutely incredible and extremely fast service <3

Have bought from DK several times. When there was an issue with my recent order, they fixed it almost immediately. Special shout out to Brenna, Kaylin, and Holland for the great customer service.

I've made quite a few orders with Dolls Kill over the past year, and they've always had great sales, quick shipping times, and good products. When a small shipment mistake happened and I recieved the wrong size on an item I ordered, the customer service team fixed everything within 48 hours and was wonderful to me the whole time. I've always had amazing service from Dolls Kill, and would have happily suggested them to friends in the past!

I ordered an item that turned out was out of stock. Thankfully I got a full refund and am on the waitlist for the item when it comes back! Before I even noticed, all was done and well. The ladies took care of it without me even having to ask!

End of the day, if you want an ACTUAL refund of your money then DO NOT BUY here. They only offer store credit for legitimate returns (*they don't care the reason, even if the product is garbage, late, doesn't fit, etc.) and they take a small percentage even when they give you store credit (i. E. a $66+ purchase "refund" becomes a $61 store credit).

Not even sure how this is even legal, I mean their store-credit only return policy is a huge CYA (*despite making you look for it) but you'd think they'd treat people better as I will never ever buy here again and it was my first time shopping on this site (*first-time purchases BEWARE).

Let me start by saying that I don't go around writing reviews, but I always appreciate when I find someone who's honest about their purchases because it helps me in deciding. That being said, I've seen a lot of negative feedback about Dolls Kill & I just can't relate. I've placed two orders in the past 2 months with them. Both orders arrived on time, in one case earlier than expected. I was PLEASANTLY surprised with the quality of the garments, jewelry & sunglasses I received recently.

On my first order, the dress I ordered was too small & I sent it back for a credit. The return shipping does take a bit to arrive to them (7 days from Miami, Fl), but that's to be expected. It's a FREE return, keep that in mind. I wanted to use my credit for my 2nd purchase & when I used the chat feature on their website one their dolls was not only super attentive, but she told me that once the return showed as received to hit them back so they could issue the credit right away; WHICH THEY DID!:)

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first in regards to quality, but I can straight up say that I'm a doll for life. I'll post a follow up to this with pictures of me wearing what I ordered for reference... my event isn't until the following week but I wanted to get this review out there in case any of you ladies were having doubts.

I thought I posted a review but I don't see it. I never thought I was going to shop on dolls kill to be honest, I thought it was only high hills and stuff I don't wear. But I'm so glad I took a look while I was looking for holo shoes and I found a add for dolls kill and I've heard about them before by bunny (aka graveyardgirl) But I didn't think I'd find something I'd wear and I was wrong! I recommend!

Dolls kill brand is amazing! My first order arrived super quick however I was sent the wrong boots, customer service contacted me quickly and responded by letting me keep the boots that I did not order and sending me the correct ones that just arrived today! I'm hella happy with my purchase and how they quickly corrected the mistake, I also made my bestie hella happy by gifting her the pair of boots I was told I could keep. Will definitely be buying from again!

I got two pairs of really cute shoes. A pair of clear heal and black sparkly boots. I received them in 2 days time. And the clear heals are amazing! And fit like a glove legit felt like Cinderella. Unfortunately there was a mix up and the boots were a size 10 :/ but it wasn't a big deal I emailed dollskill and they got back to me the next day and had my correct boot size shipped out that same day! Plus due to the mix up they told me I could keep and gift the size 10 boots to a friend. So I'm beyond pleased I will have the boots tomorrow and I already know they are sexy af! Cant wait to sparkle as I strut :)
