I have had issues with my address messing up on my account in the past and the last time I didn't catch the mess up in time, so I was nervous that my package would get stolen again. I ordered and my address someone glitched after I made sure it was changed. I contacted customer care through text on a SUNDAY and they got back to me within minutes, not even on a day of normal business hours. I was really impressed and it helped elevate a lot of stress and helped me not lose any more money! I really appreciate the speedy assistance. Xoxo!
I always order from dollskill, shipping to my usual address, but this time I messed up and shipped my order to an old address... :( thankfully their customer service responds ASAP and was able to change my address before it was shipped out! I love how you're able to text them, they respond super fast.
I've been ordering from Dollskill for a while now and I have NEVER had a problem with this brand and the customer service is always on point. If you have any issues with your order and send them an e-mail about it they will answer and fix the problem quickly. Plus, the clothes they sell are always so cute and the quality is always great ;)
On two occasions I've made a mistake with my order. On both occasions Dolls Kill customer service was able to cancel my order (even though they are not obligated to do this). Another thing that ROCKS is they ship all the way to Singapore for free with $150 minimum purchase.
I'm literally the most ditsy person and I almost always put my address wrong by mixing up the street number and unit number. Not once have I ever received poor service from this amazing team who always get into contact with me in such a short time frame and help me fix the issue! I'm always left happy, and with a damn cool package at my door
Mandy went above and beyond to help me. She gat back to me within a matter of minutes and even went the extra mile to resolving my issue. This is why I love this brand. They offer amazing service and great cloths.

Twice now I've sent my order to the wrong address (due to my own error), and both times the DK support staff has been expedient and accurate in correcting my mistake and ensuring the package reaches the correct destination.

I initially reached out over chat on the site to get my address changed. She told me to come back in 20 minutes or she'll "forget to do it". I reached out over text and immediately got help. So much more useful, just wish it was more consistent
I had to return some items to Dolls Kill. After I had dropped them at UPS, they became lost in transit. I spoke with two amazing people Paige and Leah who both helped me to resolve the issue and got me my store credit. They took the time to listen and spoke to me like a human being, after being shuffled around on 11+ calls to UPS it was a blessing. The clothes are always fun but it is really nice to see that the company has a friendly staff with knowledge to solve any issues. Thank you again

I needed to change my shipping address. They answered me within 20 minutes. My shipping address was changed within an hour. Very good customer service.
First, I have to say I am ECSTATIC that Dollskill carries some XS items and most of the clothes I received were great. The Current Mood line XS is very tiny in the shoulders but still fits over my chest. Brilliant!
I did receive a shirt that had it's embellishments glued so poorly that it covered the arm hole, but mistakes happen. I was offered credit but as that didn't cover shipping I'd inquired about a refund since it was an unwearable item. I did not get a refund which would have been the most convenient for me. The item is being reshipped instead. My postal service does not deliver packages to my house (and frequently loses them) so having the item replaced and reshipped is not ideal. However, I have a lot of appreciation for Ms Paige for how quickly she worked within the company's no refund policy to find my item and reship it. It really was very helpful to at least have the issue done and resolved so quickly. She's a star and I hope ya'll pay customer service extra for having to use "bb" and "love" when you know its gotta be a struggle when mollifying some of us difficult customers ;)
I text Customer Service (coolest feature ever, BTW) and they were able to quickly help me with my order without any wait time. This is my first experience buying with Dolls Kill, but just based on how well I was treated, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
They always have wonderful sales, fast shipping, and fast customer service. I checked out a little too fast and didn't realize I had the wrong address set up with my paypal. Within an hour they got it fixed for me!
