Customer service was great! My first time ordering and I listed the wrong address. Bree was great and helped me change it and give me an update on my order.
It was my first time buying from dolls kill and I made a mistake with the sizing on the item I bought as I am from the uk. I emailed dolls kill about the issue and they resolved it straight away and in the friendliest manner possible. They answered me so fast and during these difficult times I think that is amazing. The clothes are cute but if you're not based in the us, you'll have to pay to send back items you don't like since they don't give free returns. It really sucks because I need to pay more to ship them back my order than what I have paid for the items first. So if you're not sure about the fit, don't buy it unless you wanna pay to send it back if it doesn't fit. Example: i paid 40$ when i bought my items, now i have to pay 30$ to send it back to them. ( I live in canada).
I stumbled onto Dollskill about a month ago and I am just addicited to window shopping there! I also love making real purchases there... I have twice now! It's so easy! Their overnight shipping is only ten bucks so I ALWAYS go with that option. I want to hurry up and get my AWESOME STUFF! LOL! I got these sneakers two days ago I finally tried them on and didnt realize there were nails sticking upwards through the sole. Now I have to go get a tetanus shot smh

I placed an order and accidentally entered my old address through paypal. I figured it was a long shot that customer service could change it since it was via paypal. But they emailed me back promptly and fixed it for me! Paige was so sweet and this alone has made me a lifetime customer!

I had a freak out about a package of mine possibly going missing and I was looking for confirmation on where my package was and Paige from DollsKill Customer Service team helped me calm down and let me know where it is and what to do / who to contact if I needed to add any delivery notes and linked me the company with my tracking number.
