I have only needed to contact customer service a very few amount of times, but in the times that I have. They have been fast and efficient with their replies. I have never been left unsatisfied and I helped!

Had a question about being added to a waitlist for out of stock items. Response was very quick and was able to be put on the list to be notified of when each item I wanted will be back in stock.

Recently I placed an order with the wrong shipping addy, and with a quick email with customer service they switched the address 4 me even tho they say on their site that once an order is placed, it's pretty much donezo. I accidentally sent the package to the wrong address. I texted them got a reply back within minutes saying they had updated the address. Couldn't have gone more smoothly.
