Received defective shoes. It took a day or two but they did reply with instructions. They said I could keep the shoes and offered me a store credit. A refund would have been better that's the only reason why this isn't 5/5 stars. I've had mixed experiences in the past (aka terrible) with their customer service but I'm glad they were agreeable on this occasion and didn't ask me to return the shoes while making me wait on store credit so I could buy a new (hopefully not defective) pair...
They also gave me a new discount code, though it didn't work...

They don't have a refund policy. The boots and the dress that I bought are not my size and they don't fit me well and there's nothing I can do about it so I lost 300 pounds.
If you are going to buy from the UK DONT. Customs fees are so expensive! I got a pair of boots and a dress from Dolls kill and the package was hold by a company called CCLPAY. They made me pay 82£ of customs fees. I understand that it is not entirely doll kill fault but it is not clear on their website i was going to pay high customs fees. When I made my purchase on their website I paid 182 pounds for a pair of boots and a dress and now I had to pay 82 pounds for customs that's like 264. I wish that the dolls kill website was more clear before making a purchase about extremely expensive custom fees. I am a student I cannot afford to pay all this money. Those 82 pounds was for me to buy groceries and now I can't. And they don't have a refund policy. Refunds are always issued to store credit. That means that I will never get my money back and if the boots don't fit me, well I am screwed! So if you're from the UK like me just don't buy from them it is a nightmare and too expensive especially for a student like me. I absolutely regret my decision 300 pounds it is not worth it
They do not care about their customers! They expect you to pay for return if you're in the UK despite issues with the item being THEIR fault! It is costing me £15-20 to return my £60 shoes that took 3 weeks to come! They also don't refund in cash but instead store credit! Joke!
Very good customer service. Marivic was super helpful. I had this terrible experience with an order, it accidentally got cancelled, so I bought it again, and it got duplicated, I actually ended up getting the first order. I couldn't understand what had happened in the beginning and it was a totally mess but Marivic helped me and fixed the problem. I am very happy with the service. I don't give 5 stars just because of the previous person that responded to my email, because they weren't helpful at all, but Marivic deserves 5 stars for the patience and great help.

BEWARE! Do not order from this site! Read reviews before you do! They do not honor their shipping times! There are so many reviews on EXTREMELY LATE ORDERS! I wish I read them b4 I ordered... I ordered a huge order of clothes and accessories on April 19th to be here by May 5th for a photoshoot I paid for that I can not be refunded and Dollskill have literally still have yet to send my pckge out 11 days later! I selected 5-10 day shipping with expectations to have it by the end of this week! Now my birthday photoshoot is RUINED because I don't have anything to wear! Their customer service SUCKS! They could've easily fixed this issue by simply upgrading my shipping to priority so I can still get in time but they keep sending me emails trying to blame the "PANDEMIC" for their delays... I have orders from multiple sites and even some in UK and got my things within expected shipping rates! Nice clothes bad BIZ! They lost a customer before they could even get one! My package appeared to have been lost in the FedEx shuffle, so I contacted Dolls Kill Customer Service. They responded quickly and Paige offered to recreate the order if it were lost. Paige got back to me right away and said the package was located. It was delivered today. A big thank you to Paige. She acted quickly and kept me updated the entire time. This was my first order after wanting to purchase from this company for YEARS. I expected processing times to be extended during COVID-19, and I'd already waited this long, so what's another week or so right? A week passed and I DM'd Dolls Kill to check status. They got back to me ASAP, telling me to email customer service to inquire about my order status. I followed their instruction and Bree got back to me ASAP as well, letting me know my order should be shipping shortly + they'd be refunding any shipping charges. Being a first time customer (and also working in customer service myself) this was an absolute PERFECT experience. I'm very happy knowing that my hard earned money is going to a company that not only puts out good product, but truly cares about their customer's experiences as well. BRAVO!

I accidentally confirmed a purchase before I add finalised sizes, items and discount code. Awesome! I was worried that my suit was going to delivered to my daughter in GA, because I had just had something sent to her there. I live in PA. When I went to double check my order, I realized that PayPal had pulled the wrong address. I texted the Dolls and thankfully they were able to correct the problem ASAP! Love these Gals!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
