My daughter saved up to buy some kick-$#*! boots and was soooo excited. It was her first time ordering online and, with one thing and another, ended up ordering the wrong size. We caught it right away, but what to do? The FAQ said no changes or cancellations. I figured we'd just go ahead and order the right pair and send the wrong sized ones back when they arrived. But. We're in Canada. Right now things take forEVER to get here. I wrote to explain our situation, hoping that they would at least just not ship the wrong pair and just give us store credit. The very next day I got this fabulous email from Paige, who took care of everything. I got a refund on the wrong boots and the right ones are on their way. Paige was terrific, this is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. My other daughter always orders cosplay stuff from Dolls Kill, and now I know why! Thanks for making our experience so great!
I had mistakenly placed an order on their siteMind that the initial purchasing process was smooth & easy, even giving me the option to apply payments on my purchase via Afterpay. When contacting them in reference to cancelling my order placed, Kayla was more than accommodating in making the full refund happen. No headache or hassle. The costumer service was super great. The page redirected me to another address and automatically sent my product to the wrong address 2 times, luckily the costumer service responded immediately when I made my complaint and they gave me the excedent money from the shipping back.

I feel very cast aside and disrespected as a customer. As someone who works in customer service myself, I think Dolls Kill clearly do a shoddy job.
After spending nearly £300, you'd think that refunding me £20 would be easy.
The clothes I bought were great, even if though I would consider them overpriced. However I also ordered two bars of soap as gifts and both arrived with three large stickers over each of the paper labels (why!?) causing them to tear. One bar of soap actually arrived with a dent in it and the other doesn't even match the witty label that was advertised... which made the gift irrelevant.
After emailing them about it, I recieved a generic email back sent by someone/robot who clearly didn't even read my email, saying I needed to send it back to them.
I do not feel like I should be the one going to the effort of printing, wrapping, PAYING(!), posting (no post office near me, and I don't drive) two little overpriced bars of soap when very clearly the error has been made by Dolls Kill. Even if I did send them back, I would only get store credit, and I do not feel safe ordering from Dollskill again, nor do they deserve my custom.
They processed two of the same orders leaving me with a 800$ Charge on my credit card then when I did my return didn't process everything I returned then took away my 300$ store credit. I've been dealing with this for two months and they won't reach out via phone call and so I just email someone every week but they don't do $#*!! Just a terrible business trying to seem with the $#*!s but really just a money hungry company who doesn't give a $#*! about ethics, their customers, and doesn't use their platform to spread positivity. $#*! this company.

CEO lies about the materials they use and, not surprisingly, use sweatshops. Furthermore, in light of the protests sparked by the killing of George Floyd, the owner publicly shared their support for the police force in their glory'. Boycott at all costs
Owner shares racist ideologies on her social media and then pretends to care on her company website. Not to mention they steal designs from lesser known artists. #Trash
This company is owned by a racist, content stealing woman. Their customer service is blatantly rude, products overpriced and overall unethical. This ''shop'' is only good for searching brands and buying directly from THEIR sites. Boycott this racist company and its awful owner.

It's been over 10 days and I still don't have my order or a delivery date anymore. I say anymore because my order was supposed to arrive two days ago. I waited all day but nothing happened. Customer service is also not helpful at all. I will definitely not do this again

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
Answer: I don't know if you've ordered from Dolls Kill but they have a huge inventory of unique merchandise and in-stock when everyone else is out and INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY customer service so honestly the reviews are honest on here. I'm sorry you might have had a bad experience but they went above and beyond with an exchange for me. Maybe you should reach out and see if you can resolve your situation with them?
