Last year I bought a bunch of festival outfits because I was in a rush and didn't have time to make it myself. I, of course got blinded by an influencer and thought it must be good quality because it is expensive. It arrived after a week and it was horrible, I mean it smelled like plastic and was really cheap made. I payed a lot of money for each products, but it was still cheap. I send everything back and waited for my refund. Unfortunately, then I realized they only give back store credit. So I was forced to buy other clothes from them. I waited almost a year, because I just was afraid, everything is gonna be bad again. Last week I finally ordered some bikinis. I think you can guess by now what happened. The bikinis were shipped fast this time, but the color was COMPLETELY OFF. The one bikini was supposed to be a blush pink - IRL it was neon pink. Same with the orange bikini, IRL neon orange. The fit wasn't bad so I decided to still keep it. After a day on the beach I rinsed the bikinis and the color just started pouring out. My sink was PINK! I hung it up to dry in the bathtub and the next morning I came back to a STAINED BATHTUB. Customer service didn't even react to that and just told me to send it back and I'll get a refund. But I don't want store credit. Oh and also, I'm still trying to get that pink color out of my bathtub. Bleach did not help
I ordered three times and none of them have arrived. Customer service was condescending and unprofessional during our interactions especially since the reason my first order didn't arrive is they forgot about it.
I accidentally listed the wrong address on my order and they quickly fixed the issue and were really nice. It was a great experience and I'm definitely shopping with them again.
I can't stress enough how highly I think of this company I would recommend anyone to purchase your items from dollskill.com! The customer service is outstanding always there to helpi have asked a few questions and someone from this superb team has always got back to me xxx... so friendly! I received the wrong item in the mail back around April. I immediately emailed about it asking how I should proceed. They responded fairly quickly however I never received notification that I got a response so I never saw it. They asked me if I'd like a store credit and said to go ahead and give the item to someone who would want it. I was cleaning my email out a few days ago and saw they did email me back. I emailed asking if it was too late for the store credit and I'm interested if it's still valid. They responded same day and immediately gave me the store credit even though it's now been about 3 months since my purchase. I'm very pleasantly surprised with the customer service I've received and will be returning.

I ordered the Celestial Zenith dress.
I didn't get any notifications about the package's arrival to my country. The custums costed me almost the same amount as the dress.
The dress is so ugly. It looks cheaply made. The patterns are ironed on it, the bra is so low my nipples are showing... AND i have small boobs (75b).
The skirt part is like a tutu.

So I emailed them and they got back to me the same day and fix my order right up for me. They are amazing and very good customer service even with this whole covid thing going on.
