I tried purchasing a few items to no success bc their website would not take my credit card info (I used multiple cards) OR let me use PayPal. When I reached it to them through all thre resources available (text, chat and email) they did not respond and/ or did not contact ne thru email as promised. Overall, was awful customer service.
All their products are amazing and they are vibrant and cute and really creative! They add a new pop to anyone's clothes or makeup or just a new style in general! Imma keep ordering stuff from Dolls Kill because they make me happy!

I had an issue with the address I used for my order, and I contacted their customer service late in the evening, and they were able to get back to me as early as the next day. They fixed the issue very quickly, and I'm very happy with the support I received.
I ordered a beautiful coffin cosmetics case for a special lady in my life for Mother's Day, though she lives 600 miles away. Dolls Kill uses a search similar to Uber/Lyft to locate the address you want to delivery to. I my case, there was a street name with Circle (Cr) and one with Center (Ctr). It went to one instead if the other. Henceforth, my gift was ruined and when I asked about getting the product to the right address, was told, "tough luck, you'll have to pay again." Needless to say, such a heartless response will get none of my business ever again! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this "boutique", key word for ripoff in this sense.
I am a frequent buyer from Dollskill. As a dancer, their website is my favorite to purchase my outfits from. I've always had good experiences buying from them, and their customer service is always on point. Any time there was a problem, they've responded to me in a timely manner and resolved my issue, such as the time my packaged arrived, and an item had fallen out due to the package being ripped during transport. They immediately replaced the item for me free of charge. Recently, my package had been delayed (probably due to covid) and I had paid for overnight shipping. They immediately refunded me the shipping costs, and helped reassure me that my package would arrive soon. One day after I reached out, my package came. I love Dollskill, and will continue being a loyal customer.
Dolls Kill has always been fair and had amazing customer service. I never worry when I make a purchase there. My favorite site!

Have been a fan of the clothing for a while and just purchased some for the first time. They turned out to be even better than I expected!
As soon as I have a question they get to me fast and I have no problem at all with them I am always satisfied
I am unsatisfied with the customer service, I asked a question 3x on 3 different occasions for the same item, and the only answer you get from these people is "you will be emailed when your order ships". That is the only answer no matter the question. During these times when many are losing their business, you would expect a more grateful staff. That I chose to do business with them. However, the boots are exactly what I expected and arrived in good time. Will hesitate to do business with them again...

A pair of shoes I ordered came in two different sizes. The left 38 and the right 37. I contacted them about it and asked to have the right RIGHT shoe. They got back to me and sent me a new pair RIGHT AWAY! All within a day.

Every time I reach out to them- whether an issue with a change of address, missed or wrong items, or lost/ stolen packages they are always very responsive and get the problem taken care of quickly!
Only get store credit returns. Cheap overpriced items. Sizing isn't consistent. Customer service is slow and isn't helpful.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (YRU) but only one pair was delivered. When i notified them, they sent me the other one. However i had to pay duty twice because it was two separate packages.
Order came to Slovakia in like 3 days.
One pair of shoes had a broken part and the other one is creaking every time i step on it.
