My order was taking a while to ship but after I emailed them they got it out to me fast and they were very nice about it!

I have 3 pending orders and had received emails that they would be delayed after I had upgraded my shipping to 3-5 days. I complained and Celina took care of refunding my shipping cost and emailing me. She said she would check on status of orders and get them out that which she did do! This type of work ethics is greatly appreciated in a world where workers are lazy and don't care about customers!

I purchased some shoes for a great price online, I noticed my shipping was delayed and messaged customer service they got back to me in the same day and took care of my issue and they were also very polite and kind.

The worst online experience ever.
They wanted me to pay for shipping for the bottom of the lingerie set THEY DIDNT SEND (45$ shipping). I couldnt even use the set with only one piece. They missed 3 items(out of stock they said). MAYBE if they were out of stock I wouldnt place this order! The quality of sugar thrillz is also $#*!ty. Whta can I say. I just lost 350$

Absolutely terrible customer service. Number one they are rude! Secondly ordered white shorts as I had bought some before and they were wrong size and got sent them with green straps clearly a manufacturer fault. Told I need to pay out of my expenses to even get reimburse a bit of what I paid!
