Ever since I heard of this website, I fell in love. To be quite honest I don't really shop other clothing stores online, just Dollskill! They have anything you need on there, and their prices are very reasonable. If I feel like buying something casual and sweet or fashionable and sexy, they've got it covered. There has not been one time over the last two years where their clothes have ripped or broken on me. Their size guide is true to the size and never too big or too small. I love everything about this company. They make clothes for any style that makes you feel your happiest and most confident self, and that's what I love.

Horrible quality of merchandise and horrible customer service. I bought over $500 worth of items from them in one shopping trip, I had a $50 skirt rip within ten minutes of wearing it. They wouldn't replace the item, they wouldn't refund me, no store credit. All they would do is give me a 15% discount which I can find all the time anyways. It isn't even the first item I bought from them that's ripped super fast, but the other times I decided to not contact them because I could fix it. They are very condescending when they respond too, just like "XOXO im so sorry it ripped babes:,( nothing we can do lolz". (In the photo the skirt has black and white stitching, because I tried to fix it after they would not refund me and it just rips in different spots)

Every item on this website is catered to the eclectic and eccentric crowd. However, there are some items that are casual and help add flair, wherever you may be. Recently they've partnered with black owned businesses and I am extremely excited to be a continuing customer since 2018* lol. Thank you DOLLSKILL (c) for killin it! We are all trying to be the best we can be, one day at a time and with style.

I have been shopping at Dollskill for years now. I love it so much that I probably make 2 orders a month from them. Sometimes more. They have been having sales more frequently which is amazing and I love the afterpay option. They have been super helpful each time I've needed to talk to customer service including this most recent time where they refunded me the shipping cost because of a delay! So wonderful. I will always be a returning costumer.

I discovered Dolls Kill last year. I'm so happy that I did! The shop sells the most unique items at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find goth and rave clothing anywhere else.
The staff is also extremely nice and thoughtful. They are always happy to offer assistance or issue a refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Bloomingdales and Nordstroms do not have this kind of service!
Great company all around. Please shop with them because we should encourage businesses like Dolls Kill!

Holland was super amazing and helped me with really quick customer service on issuing me store credit for my return. A very lovely and pleasant person to talk to. People like Holland who work at Dollskill are the reason why I love this brand because of the love and kindness there is in this company. Love love love <3 and super satisfied!

I have been a long time dollskill user, never had any problems with my items or shipments. Recently (this is the covid19 period) I ordered three items and sadly my shipment was delayed. I emailed the support and they got back to me in instant, the Dollskill kreww is one of the best! They checked on me to make sure everything was going well and the friendly vibes just were amazing. Never disappointed in dollskill!
