Something went wrong with my order and I was sent two different sizes for the shoes I wanted, so I emailed them and they fixed my order and sent me a new one within 24 hours! They were so easy to contact and responded quickly, I've never had such an easy experience dealing with returns/ asking for help from customer service.
I will always be ordering Dolls Kill <3
