So I ordered a few Halloween costumes for a bday/Halloween party i have this weekend (10/17) I ordered Monday 10/12 and paid for 2 day shipping. No where while making the purchase did it say there may be delays or anything of that sort.
The next day i get an email saying my package will be delayed, i think okay ill give it another day i have until Saturday. The next day nothing- no i look up customer service info- they provide an email and a text number. I email the address and get a reply they will respond within 24-48 hours. Again, super unhelpful. When you need help you need it now- not in 2 days? They need to provide a phone number?
So the next day at 10:30pm a get a reply saying they have delays and i've been refunded for the shipping on my package. Okay great, but still no update on when i will get my package. At this point it's Wednesday night.
Next day i email again- nothing. So i try the text number-- they ask for the order # and my email, i provide that. Nothing. USELESS!
At 12:30pm Thursday 10/15 i get an email saying my package is FINALLY shipped and will be here on WEDNESDAY 10/21?!?! Excuse me? Not only is that a week from now, it's also not even within the 2-3 days!
I just emailed customer service again saying i wanted a full refund. I'm so frustrated. This company is not accessible to communicate with and solve issues, also they let you pay for faster shipping they don't even provide.
Listen- i understand things happen and the world is crazy- but then put an alert on your website that pops up when people go to check out letting them know there may be delays or don't offer faster shipping if you can't provide.

I always have an amazing experience with Dolls Kill! The collections are fresh and I love expressing myself through their fashion! I've never been so into a brand like this before. I feel like they embody everything I stand for! And I feel valued as a customer, I'm always taken care of <3 100/10 always!

Dollskill is a scam. I've ordered three times from dollskill in the past week. The first time I paid for the overnight shipping. Ten days passed by, it still was processing. I told costumer service they were useless only telling me they'll contact the warehouse which were empty words. I cancelled the order. Order one more time the same things just to see what happens payed for regular shipping. 6 days and still didn't processed. I cancelled again. Now a week passes by, they didn't have pickup available before but now they did, so I order ONE MORE TIME for pickup, pickup is advertised to ship to the store in ONE day, its been three, I contacted costumer service they just gave a copy and pasta response. Dollskill is lazy, I've seen too many people have the same problem as me. Horrible horrible. They are scammers and they are false advertising which is illegal. Don't buy from them, your order will take an eternity to come.

I ordered a dress, and some ripped up tights from their brand WIDOW, and the strappy outfit from Club Exx, and a pair of shoes from Azalea Wang as well as some plus size fishnet tights (which never even arrived with the rest of my order) and a leather spiked choker. The clothes were all medium, and they still fit like a small or extra small. The shoes are like high heels but they don't fit like a women's 8 1/2, they fit more like a 9 and don't support the bottoms of my feet very well. There was no cushioning for comfort, just a hard, oddly-curved sole. The dress was so small I had to struggle to get it over my shoulders. It's size was in no way a medium, it looked and fit like an extra small! I'm going to try to return everything. I'm very displeased with the ridiculous sizing l even used the size chart and it still ran small. The shoes especially look like their made with cheap material. Don't shop here. This was also before I found out about their history of racism, drug promotion, and plagiarism. This is pathetic.

I ordered the mary janes with flames. These shoes are made so welll! Stitching is amazing. The tred on the bottom is rubber and thickk. Everyone who has seen my shoes absolutely loved them. I had wanted to order shoes from this website for months and couldnt make my mind up about it, now id wished id odered them months ago. If your having any doubts about these shoes, dont they are exactly as describedd and pictured and will exceed your expectations. I had a shipping issue also, and the customer service i recieved was fast. Knowledgeable, and the whole process was easy. I was able to text customer servive from my cell phone. Which i also thought was awesome. And the problem resolved very quuckly. Yes i will most definitely order again. Very satisfied.

Purchased 2 separate orders from dollskill... First was around 140 GBP, second was around 200 GBP x
Orders were placed 4 days appart.
Had Dollskill shipped on time I would have been charged around 20 GBP customs ups charge on delivery.
Instead they shipped orders together in a huge box, despite the orders being placed 4 days appart... Baring in mind it's 3/5 days shipping? So why wasn't my first order allready dispatched?
Anyways ups turned up today with both orders in a huge box demanding 120 GBP customs charges to deliver to me!
I can't afford this and have been unable to except package.
All I can do is hope Dollskill received their package back and refund.
When you check out it says free shipping and handling outside USA on orders over 150 USD? Allthough I was expecting a small charge as I'm aware they lie!
THIS CHARGE IS NOT STATED ON THE SITE WHICH ACCORDING TO CONSUMER REGULATIONS UK IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
EFFECTIVELY A CRIMINAL OFFENCE!
Had they shipped my first package in a timely manner? Both orders would not have been packed and shipped together in a huge box this avoiding a 120 GBP charge.
I've had to refuse delivery as I don't have 120 GBP to pay for the customs charge ups want to deliver...
REALLY BAD SHOW!
Will no longer be shopping with Dollskill.
It seems not only are they a racist byast company which has recently been brought to my attention btw... They are also deceitful.

Why does this company get away with this?
AVOID... brands sold on dollskill can be sourced and purchased elsewhere avoiding this connandrum!

I used the texting option for customer service and it was extremely fast, easy, and helpful.

I absolutely love this company! Anytime I need assistance or help in a jiffy, I just text DK and they solve every problem, answer any question, and empathize when they're out of something I wanted for awhile! Some of the companies they work with aren't of the highest quality so they can sometimes recommend something that may fit better or if a similar look. Can't get better customer service than this company! Luvvss you guys so much!
