Made a big purchase from here. One item came within 4 days. The other items didn't ship at all for 3 weeks. Dollskill finally responded to offer me store credit, because everything I had purchased is now out of stock and they had never actually prepared the package. I agreed to the store credit but they never sent me my money back or responded.

They talk in such idiotic way and they some how ship me the wrong thing. It ain't cute when you $#*!ed something up then provide with zero solution and expecting me to pay for return

Such a bad experience... Guys! Always do research about the company you wanna buy from. Youll save your time, money and surely the mood.
Low quality overprice items. They didnt even bother to take of the chinece label. The items are really trash and you can buy them at Aliexpress for 10 euro max with free delivery. Instead of beeing surprised by custom fees. Avoid them, guys. It is not a fashion brand.

No sign of promised delivery weeks later. Unanswered emails. US phone line does not pick up. Money taken for goods not received. Do NOT trust with your money.

I've been ordering sale items from dollskill for many years now; I always receive my items within a week. They are wonderful quality for a great price (since I go for the sales: 70+% off typically). I am a big fan of sparkly neon rave and cute stuff which they specialize in! Big fan and will keep going back :).

Do not buy from dolls kill! It's a scam! If you live outside the US you won't receive your package! Dolls Kill have huge issues with customs! I have been for an extremely long time for my order and they refuse to tell me where it it. It wasn't until my order was three weeks overdue that I read the reviews and found out that it's such a problem to get Dolls kill through customs. Do not buy!

My order was cancelled due to inventory issues during a sale however, DollsKill helped me out loads by giving me information quickly after I emailed them. They were very respondent and apologized for the mix-up. After everything they gave me a discount for my next full-priced purchase and Paige was really helpful throughout the whole process.

Never ordering from dollskill again, its impossible to get hold of a customer service rep and they'll charge you immediately then not ship your order or reply to you. Felt like i had to suck up to them begging for a reply and still didn't get any

I will never order from this store ever again. I placed an order way ahead of time for my stuff to arrive by a certain day. I never happened. Then you can't even texted the number that they have on the website. I can't call a number for a live agent.

Worst online company. According to all the other reviews they are straight thieves. No way of contacting, send a email? No responses...$60 for boots and one comes broken not even attached in the middle... and now they want to give me store credit no way not with that quality would I care to see what they have. This is such bad bad business.
