My order had not been delivered but the help I got from the customer service rep- Tiffany through email was great! Will definitely reorder when the item I want is restocked.
I unfortunately needed to cancel an order that I placed. I sent an email to the Dolls Kill customer service address and got a reply within an hour or so confirming that my request had been completed & what to expect.

This morning I did some shopping before having my coffee. Not the smartest idea ever. I accidentally added the boots twice, purchasing two of the same shoe. Opps. I wrote into you guys and Chantel responded almost immediately. She was reassuring, kind, and fixed the problem right away. Thanks for making my first purchase with you a pleasurable one! I purchased a pair of ankle boots for my granddaughter for Christmas and they arrived on time she opened them Christmas morning and noticed that there was some imperfections in the boots. My daughter asked me to call and let them know which I did. I tried phone calling first and could never get
Through. Finally, I did text and with five or six text messages the situation was remedied. The 'Dolls' were absolutely wonderful to work with, so appreciated their help.
I had an issue with my order's next-day shipping and I used the text option to get in contact with a representative. I honestly had a very pleasant experience with the representative and they helped me as best as they could! Honestly, it was A quicker Response than I thought and they were amazingly sweet and understanding. I only ask that they set a realistic shipping standard for around the holidays. Blessed be.

I had ordered a gift for a dear friend of mine who is always such a sweetheart, but never gets any real acknowledgement. It did not arrive in time for Christmas, so I reached out via text to Dollskill, asking what happened. Apparently my item was lost in shipping (it's Covid, I understand), but they are replacing my order. So I will still get to give my friend this wonderful gift, something I couldn't get anywhere else. I have ordered from Dolls Kill for years, I love their stuff and LOVE their sales! Recently, I ordered a few things and realized I accidentally ordered 2 of the same makeup bag, I messaged their customer service and Tiffani messaged me back SO QUICK (I messaged her way after traditional "business hours") she messaged me back and took the accidentally ordered item off my order immediately! Top notch customer service!

I had a minor problem with my order, and I emailed them they got to me right away! Laura was a doll she was very kind. They were fast and nice. I appreciate that a lot when ordering from a company!
I ordered some items that got lost in the mail. I contacted the company via text, and they got back within a few hours. They sent replacements for the lost items and gave me store credit for things that were no longer in stock. I'm very satisfied with the customer service I experienced.
I placed an order a month ago, it gave me an anticipated date of arrival (12 business days at the max). It did not arrive with the anticipated time of arrival. I needed these items for a video shoot. Not to mention the staff was unprofessional too, I asked for a refund and was not given one. After a month passing and me following up on the refund they said it had been delivered a few days ago. I never received the items, again I asked for a refund for the 8th time. And they refused to give me one and told me that they can give me store credit. I do NOT WANT store credit. YOUR company is unreliable, I wasted $100 and did not receive the items I purchased! WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT?!
I do not get the hype. I bet most these reviews are written by botts! Either that or I had a bad experience. I will never be purchasing from this store again nor will I be recommending it to anyone. I am very disappointed.
Unable to cancel order after accidental purchase and told to wait until I receive shipment then return for store credit. Unable to get return to credit card and instead forced to purchase only from them. Last purchase made for sure!
Everytime I shop at this site my order is always late than when it would originally arrive. Shipping tells me it arrives within 5-10 days of purchase but it has been over a month. When the package arrived the material appeared to be very cheap and falls apart very easily. I had a dress that had chains for the straps. The chains were made of a very cheap plastic material and broke my second time wearing the dress. I then had a friend who had a good experience with them when buying shoes so I bought a pair for another friend as a Christmas gift. I bought it December 1st, expecting my order will arrive on time being the 5-10 days considering my friend's did and I am having the same experience as my first. It is the 21st and the package has not even shipped yet. After giving it a second chance I do not plan to shop here anymore.
