I placed an order a month ago, it gave me an anticipated date of arrival (12 business days at the max). It did not arrive with the anticipated time of arrival. I needed these items for a video shoot. Not to mention the staff was unprofessional too, I asked for a refund and was not given one. After a month passing and me following up on the refund they said it had been delivered a few days ago. I never received the items, again I asked for a refund for the 8th time. And they refused to give me one and told me that they can give me store credit. I do NOT WANT store credit. YOUR company is unreliable, I wasted $100 and did not receive the items I purchased! WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT?!

I do not get the hype. I bet most these reviews are written by botts! Either that or I had a bad experience. I will never be purchasing from this store again nor will I be recommending it to anyone. I am very disappointed.

Comparing to other online stores that I have shopped from in the past, Fashion Nova is not bad. The quality is better than the majority, their customer service is also better, and clothes are cuter. There is always room for improvement in quality.

Super nice, speedy and really good customer service. I received my items there was a gift with the purchase, and when I told the staff it is for a video shoot that I need it by a certain date. They sent it right on time. Honestly amazing, I definitely recommend! The products are super cute too.

Aliexpress used to be good but now the sellers (most of them) are all rip-offs! BEWARE... Please do not buy I am warning you people
