I don't want to waste another minute on this company, so see below the feedback I left with the company. Mind you, this is NOT the first time I've experienced this with them!
I swore to myself after a bad experience with you all last year that I would NEVER shop here again. Well, I was desperate come two weeks prior to Halloween and had no choice but to order my Fembot costume from you. Your company apparently offered a costume to me, that I PAID FOR, but that was no longer in stock. So for two weeks leading up to Halloween I was extremely excited that my Halloween costume has been ordered and I won't have to struggle last minute. Then, after trying for two days to get in touch with you all, I receive an email (two days prior to the event in which I needed the costume), saying "sorry, here's your refund!" You've got to be kidding me. Now here I am struggling to make my desired costume one day prior to the event. I will be posting negative 1 star reviews literally in every forum I can find to let the world know how absolutely terrible the customer experience has been. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
