I absolutely love dolls kill. I've never had any issues with them at all and the one minor inconvenience that I experienced was resolved extremely quick and I don't think I'll ever stop shopping here! It's worth every penny!

Dollskill is the main site I go to to for online shopping. I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars with them and have no regrets. If you question how to stand out, wherever you may be, Dollskill has the answer. I'm constantly complimented on aspects of my outfit and then asked "Where did you get it/them/that/those?" My answer is 9 times out of 10 "Dollskill!"
I love these guys! They are one of the few places I can find XS sizes that are actually tiny, like me! Customer services is refreshingly on it as well. I feel right at home with DK!

When I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address I texted their customer service and they instantly got back to me! It was even outside of their working hours. They were able to update the shipping address for me with no issues. Great service all around!

I have previously never heard of Dollskill, so what a happy circumstance that I found them! I've had a hankering for some platform shoes/sneakers for every day wear but haven't been successful because I either didn't like the style or not enough platform. That is, until I found a pair that is speaking to me through Dollskill and I've decided that they will be mine!
My decision to purchase is based on the "text any questions to this number" because had I been in a physical store I would have asked an associate, so it's nice to have a similar experience online during these crazy times! It gives me a sense of normalcy, yet still respecting the changes necessary to keep us more safe.

I had sizing questions about a shoe brand I had never tried before and reached out through email and text and I was answered on BOTH with all the information I needed and the turn around time was fast and the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. All in all one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!
So I put in the wrong shipping order. It was pretty easy to see u could change it but it was like 10 minutes ago so I sent a dm and response was so quick giving me the insta help email which also responded quick! They fixed the problem and kept me informed along the way and I liked the tone of the emails. So friendly!
