This is one of the few online clothing companies that I've never had a problem with. They always get my order correct, I don't receive clothing that seems like it's returned the way I have from others. And they also do free returns and will give you store credit within 48 hours of shipping the return back which is highly convenient. They also provide refunds now which they didn't do before so that's a great as well! Their clothes are a bit more expensive than other sites but they are actually good quality and they so a lot of different brands and styles that are alternative and unique. I'm only sharing this so other people can know which companies they can trust and what to expect. I also want to add that they offer two day shipping for $10 which I think is great because a lot of other companies will charge you a lot more to ship that fast.
I ordered two pairs of sneakers & DollsKill shipped them in a big plastic mailer bag. I didn't even know that was allowed; practically a decorated garbage bag to ship my items. Both sneakers were previously tried on to where the leather & fabrics were obviously creased & had some dirt on the soles. On top of that, the boxes were destroyed—had to have partially been before transit because the box edges were frayed.
I have it two stars because, sure great prices & some cute stock, but the shipping sucks & the return policy of store credit is a trap. I believe they may have recently changed it to original payment—but I had to return the items used from store credit. They also take a fee from your return if you want store credit. Go figure.
I bought from dolls kill for the very first time and my roller skates didn't fit. I returned it and didn't hear back for a month so I decided to text customer service (there is no call option) they told me they couldn't refund me my money because they came back DAMAGED. Which is BS because I didn't use them! I just tried them on! They were in perfect condition when I sent them back. They refuse to give me store credit or reply to my emails anymore. They TOOK my money and I will NEVER shop with them again! They are a greedy company!
Please do not buy from this website, they stole £59 from me and i'm fuming. They never gave the money back.
Quick story time
I ordered from them in December and this was meant to be a big Christmas present for me from my parents because of how well I was doing in college, it came to Christmas and nothing arrived it came to January February March April and nothing came! We contacted them and they said nothing to us and ignored all of our emails until this one time they got back to us and shipped out our order again that items were not the best quality and was definitely not worth the money and hassle. But not just that half of our order was missing I will never buy from these people again they're racist and homophobic and a bunch of scammers! Don't buy go somewhere else
I bought some pride boots for around 145 dollars. The shoes arrived in a bag that was ripped up and when I opened it to my surprise the shoes were dirty. Will try and clean them.
I was excited for the SHOULD BE DANCING FLORAL SATIN MINI DRESS, but when it arrived i didnt realize how delicate this dress was. In fact i think i ripped one pocket while i was trying it on. And the chest area of the dress was pretty loose considering im a medium. Its my first time buying here and although the dress was super cute i wish theyd make the top area alittle less loose. Absolutely zero customer service! They have no phone number and don't respond to emails or texts... hec, you don't even get what you paid for. I ordered clogs 2 weeks ago and nothing, and NO WAY to get ahold of anybody because there is NO customer service! Don't know who is writing the positive reviews but this company is bogus!, Stay away...
I ordered the heavenly hotspot platform heels from Dollskill and the straps broke the first time I wore them. Very low quality.
I couldn't cancel the order the next day; you hit "order" it's ordered-no going back. The processing takes nearly about 10 days, shipping was fast, however, if you don't like the product you only get store credit AND if you live in Canada you will have to pay $25 minimum for Return fees, not including any customs fees etc. Super disappointed, I cannot believe their popularity despite their awful policies and the way they do things. And vide versa- I can't believe they haven't changed it considering their popularity. These kind of policies I would expect from a small business owner who can't afford to provide return slips, but this... I wish I could complain to them directly but I know it won't go anywhere.
I don't know who or how you're hiring but the people you have hired are the best. Holland was the best. Really helped me and made the experience super personal. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Same with Ashley. I use to work in customer service and your employees have nailed you. You should be so proud. I wanna be their friend, amazing with help, gave me advice and helped me though my issue.
I'll start with a benefit of the doubt: the widow line has really really cute styles and customer service responses have been better. BUT all the negatives outweigh the positives. For one, the prices are way too high considering that their stock is all from outsourced warehouses and factories and the quality of the items aren't really that great- the stitching has always been janky and their sizing is completely off and items break so easily. Two, they copy from smaller brands constantly, and steal peoples ideas and even picture of THEMSELVES. Three, their customer service is completely unprofessional- I get the whole babes branding thing they're going for, but it ends when you're emailing customers about problems with their orders... Four, the CEO, shoddy Lynn or whatever their name is, is a trash, ignorant person.
Stop buying from this brand and let it die like it should- there are a bunch of smaller brands that make literally the same styles for the same prices.

My package said it was still in the shipping state for a few days so I reached out to customer service and someone helped me the next day- they checked the status and assured me that my package was indeed coming and was not lost.
I live in Canada and I had purchased an item for my daughters birthday. However we found that one of the snaps was faulty. When we contacted Dolls Kill I was worried we would get the runaround but they were so helpful and replaced the item. I would highly recommend this company because they stand behind their products.
Omg! I was looking for something unique, to stand out from others when dressing. When I wear clothes I don't want others say "O, I have that same thing!" Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
