So I impulse bought these amazing shoes and they ended up not being what I wanted, and I've never returned a package in my whole life but these shoes were expensive so I had to, and then I got sick and I couldn't get my package to the postal service on time, after finally getting in contact with customer support the nice lady was able to inform me of my refund and my sad broke girl heart feels less beaten tonight. Bless all you sweet angels.
Thankful for each experience I've had with DS. Wether I made a whoopsies or have questions about an order, my emails are responded to the same day or within a fab time manner. Every email was cordial, respectful and helpful. I've also had a good exp with a rep over text it was prompt and professional. Always the DS reps are killin it at customer service. I would describe my style as borderline off-beat, and have been shopping from Dolls Kill for years. Not only do their unique selection of clothes spark joy, I've also never had a bad experience with a clothing item or with shipping. When I do have questions, customer service has always been quick, kind, and helpful in their responses.
I appreciate the recent inclusion and elevation of people of color through their brand and model selection, and can only hope this continues to grow.
The person I was emailing was very helpful and was able to cancel my order I wish I could've just changed the size of the one item instead of canceling the whole order but overall very glad we got it sorted out before they were shipped and I didn't have to figure out the return
I have ordered a few times now from Dolls Kill. Their shipping has been great! And I ever had emailed into their customer service a few times with a couple questions. They responded so quickly! They are so helpful and right to the point! I could not belive the speed in reply from them! Definatly will keep ordering from Dolls Kill, and will recommend them for sure!
I needed help returning/exchanging clothing items for a larger size, and customer service was very helpful! They take awhile to respond back (as in: it's not immediate feedback), but they still get back to you! I recommend texting instead of emailing.

I've been roller skating since I was seven i'm 55 I have no problem roller skating and I know my roller skates i'm not a professional but these skates cost me $139 they're stiff they're horrible and I couldn't even return them so i'm stuck with roller skates that I can't use they don't turn they're absolutely horrible the only good thing about them is the color but you can't get customer service at all. That's another problem in itself whoever this chick is that owns this company i've already filed with the better business bureau and consumer affairs if I were you I would say far away from this website they're close have got to be a shotty as their skates anybody can make those clothes
