I love the creative clothing, accessories, and home items that they carry, and I love the quality of everything I have Bought so far. Shipping is very fast for me, and the packaging is well done. The only complaint I have is a lot of items are out of stock. I'm not sure how often items come back in stock, but I do have a decent amount saved in my favorites in hopes they do.
I bought the bubblegum traitor boots, and I'm heavy dissatisfied. After just a few hours of wear what happened was-
-dents in the platforms
-glue coming off (this is a sign of cheap quality, good brands don't use glue)
-weird stains
-sewing coming off
-heavy creases
They should probably use a hard sturdy plastic or resin instead of their current material for their platforms
The truth about dollzkill is you're paying for the design - when it comes to the quality of the product it is very cheaply manufactured.

The designs do not match across the seams, the the hem and the seams on their clothes are very poorly sewn which tells you that they outsource cheap labor, they use very cheap fabric materials, and some of the designs on their clothes are actually painted on.
I'm disgusted by their way of managing customers...
In my first order I found a DEAD COCKROACH! I was about to puke... Accidents can happen, what makes the difference is how these unexpected events are managed.
A serious company would at least have offered me a discount to apologize, on the contrary they just told me that they would have made some investigations, as if it were a customer's problem the condition in which they keep their warehouses...
And it wasn't the only bad experience that I had ordering by their site!
Never received several orders, contacted customer service several times, was told I would not be issued a refund, while the orders I have received have been very poor quality and fell apart during the first couple wears, buyer beware.
Dollskill not only has a vast selection of high-quality alternative brands, but they also have impeccable customer service, and their shipping is incredibly fast in my experience and I have been ordering through them for many years. Always the same experience. Should they ever make an error(which is incredibly rare), they make it right for you on the spot.
I keep receiving shoes with glue dripping off with damaged or crooked soles. When I contact customer all they offer is " send them back for a credit" no special accommodations for waiting almost 2 weeks for DEFECTIVE Shoes.
I ordered some skates for my daughter December 8th and it is now December 21st and still the skates have not came, after contacting dolls kill through text message they gave me two different dates first was the 16th and then they told me today they would be shipped out. And still no skates no tracking number no anything they keep giving me the runaround. They will say something's in stock when it isn't the same pair of skates is online right now and they are stating the exact same pair of skates will ship out on the 20th which again was yesterday, and that is false advertisement because I ordered mine like I said December 8th they still haven't came?
I will never order from this company again I'll promote businesses who like their customers or keep giving different shipment dates but then offer a shipment date that isn't even true on their website it's just complete narcissism, as of now I'm asking for my money back.
If I were you just go somewhere else to get your roller skates or other items there's plenty of companies out there who know how to run their business. Today after I was told that it hadn't shipped again, I had to send a copy of the conversation previously had that the shipment would go out today and I told dollskill I was going to post publicly what had happened and go to the better Business bureau and that they should think about how they really want to conduct their company lying to your customers it's not advisable.

I'm so in love with DOLLS KILL. I think Shoddy Lynn is the greatest thing since they put the pocket in pita. What a rockin' cool lady who created this magical wonderland - PLAYGROUND - to dance around in and let the glitter fall down like rain! I'm old now, but I still rock my OG gear. It is unethical and illegal to use false advertising to entice your customers into buying your goods, on the understanding the delivery times you quote are true, when you are unable to fulfil the deliveries within those times!
The Order has now been stuck in the same place with no movement for NINE DAYS!
And we now only have FIVE DAYS UNTIL CHRISTMAS

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
