I've gotten many items and always perfect service. I had to cancel an order and they handled it instantly.
Their customer service is awesome
They have great clothing that is actually in my size, I am bigger, so it can be hard to find things that fit me well. Their plus section is excellent and has a lot of diversity depending on what you are looking for. What's nice is it's the same designs as the smaller sizes. None of that "These clothes are only for these these exact sized people."
I have reached out to their customer service people over a few things and they were excellent, any issue or question I had was taken care of or answered right away and very professionally.
I have no complaints and will definitely be making a lot more orders.
I had sent back my items as they were too big. My return showed delivered based on tracking number, but then it showed delayed... WTH? I contacted the DK team and they advised it can take up to 3-4 weeks for processing. I waited until 3 weeks passed and contacted the DK team again. They advised package was still in transit. I explained to them that it shows delivered, and then a delay based on tracking. I have no idea what happened. However, DK made it right and issued my refund! Thank you for your help. There customer service team is always sweet and helpful :) Luv u guys! Xoxo
Haven't received my order as of yet, however upon purchasing I ordered to my old address, I emailed Dolls kill and had a reply almost instantly from the lovely Angel. They were so helpful and managed to change my address straight away, really quick and friendly service
I was concerned because the find quick address feature had deleted the first 2 numbers of my address so I quickly contacted and got a response in almost 10 mins. It was absolutely brilliant that they could help. The friendliest ever.
I made a mistake in my order and as soon as I reached out it was corrected and fixed. Kimberly was very nice and communication was great. Thank you so much! Will be shopping again soon.
The person I was texting with was very attentive and helpful. I accidentally sent a package to the wrong address and the associate told me my options. Now the package is going to be resent to the correct address, which is good because it was very expensive and has a jacket that is no longer available on the site. The service was great, just waiting on the delivery now and hopefully that goes well too

Iam 49 year young lol been shopping since i was 13 so thats 36 years! DOLLS KILL was the first to knock me off my feet! (which is a feat of its own)I ordered a Motorcycle jacket in size 3x paid for overnight shipping when i received jacket it was incorrect size so i contacted Dolls Kill I got Selina Tammy them Laura all keeping me up-to-date of course i was upset but they all were super helpful! Then Laura emails stating dont worry about sending incorrect item back that i should keep it and give to someone else! NEVER EVER HAS THIS Happened PLUS FREE SHIPPING! YES I WILL ROCK WITH DOLLS KILLS TILL THE WHEELS FALL OFF

I was ordering a gift card and there was a glitch with my phone. I never received confirmation or an order number. The next day I reached out to customer service.
