One of the straps on my platform Mary Janes was broken. Customer service was phenomenal, text me to check if I wanted a replacement or a refund! And checked to make sure it was in stock and text again to say it was on the way!

I am a customer in South Korea and always use direct international shipment from dollskill.
Like always, i got my items on time and everything was perfect till i found one of the tops i ordered was't the one...
It has the code stickers on the plastic bag that matched with the item I ordered but the brand name on a bag and the actual item inside the bag was totally wrong.
Even the corner of the bag was ripped like someone already have tried to open it.
I was so worried coz this is really ridiculous and it looks like something never happen IRL. My initial thought was maybe if i were a representative and heard this story, i might think this is BS or maybe they would ask me to send it back to the states at my own expense for further investigation.
I took photos from every angles so that i can prove i didn't touch anything and the plastic bag and code stickers on it are just as it is.
Luckily I got the most understanding and responsible representative named Jesus (Thank you Jesus! Lol) and i got prompt response and help that i need.
I was promised for another shipment with correct item right away! :) what a relief i don't have to send it back. No hassle! Such a great service for a customer outside of the states. I am happy with the service I can rely on dollskill customer service all the time and don't have to take extra risks only because i am living in other country.

The person who helped me immediately gave me store credit for an item that was going out of stock soon.
I could NEVER find my size of roller skates ANYWHERE but here, It's great quality and it was also on sale and I got it for 55.(something something) DOLLARS. These roller skates are worth like 150. Anyone look for shoes or cute skates COME HERE THERE SO PRETTY for all you girly girls
