I'm disgusted by their way of managing customers...
In my first order I found a DEAD COCKROACH! I was about to puke... Accidents can happen, what makes the difference is how these unexpected events are managed.
A serious company would at least have offered me a discount to apologize, on the contrary they just told me that they would have made some investigations, as if it were a customer's problem the condition in which they keep their warehouses...
And it wasn't the only bad experience that I had ordering by their site!
