I ordered 5 items and the order kept saying it was just processing for a week or 2. I reached out to customer service and Jesus emailed me back on a SUNDAY within hours! Jesus was able to split ship my packages and the item that was on pre-order (which I wasn't aware when I ordered) will come as soon as it is in stock! The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Jesus was so timely and efficient with responses!
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service! The rep who helped me, Jesus, was incredibly kind and patient. I ordered something without knowing it was a preorder, and Jesus kindly explained how that worked! Thanks so much!
I had to return some shoes because they were too small, I'm an 8.5 and always struggle if I should get an 8 or a 9 when half sizes aren't available. I emailed the Dolls Kill customer service email to inquire about my exchange because I was confused and Laura was extremely helpful, she sent me the link to start my return and everything was processed so quickly. I had my new shoes in the correct size in less then a week later!
Shopping is super easy and user friendly! When I had questions and concerns on my order and shipping it, my questions were answered with dates and detail on my order! Help was given without delay! Love this company and I am so excited to receive my orders!

I bought a pair of shoes that I was looking forward to for a while, and I realized I accidentally selected to pick it up rather than deliver. Although I'd love to see the store, I am from NY and definitely wouldn't be there to pick it up. Once I found out about my mistake, I was in touch with a representative, Angel super fast. She helped me receive store credit, and explained how I could re-order them. I'm excited to get my shoes and am very happy with the customer service as well.

Had an issue with picking up an online order for an item I really wanted to wear for an event. Unfortunately, it didn't make it on time. Everyone that assisted was wonderful and helped resolve the issue quickly!
I messaged them on a Sunday afternoon and the contacted me right away and helped me with my order.
I ordered an expensive order from DK and the price was lower the next day and reached out if I could cancel the order and re order with the discount. Jesus helped me and he said he can apply the discount once I receive the items and confirm I won't be returning them. He also was quick with replies and wow I'm just so impressed! Thank you :)
