Disgustingly Scandalous and Proud of It

I used to buy from Dollskill before their marketing team and social media presence imitated that of an attention seeking 14 year old high school student. Not only do they have little regard for their impact online, but they seem to find great joy in showcasing the most deplorable online stunts you can find in marketing. To bring kinks to a grocery store is beyond foul, anyone in the kink community holds respect and consent to the utmost importance. After receiving VALID backlash for this abysmal pursuit of online controversy and attention (again, embodying the immaturity and professionalism of a 14 year old) they double down on their decision. Any business worth a damn would take into consideration the way a campaign or idea sits with the overall public, not Dollskill, they are proud of arguing with customers to defend their disgusting and poorly executed ideas. This company is a joke and so is Shoddy Lynn.

I have written to DOLLSKILL 3 times on their webpage, asking for a refund.
They have ignored my request, every time they have replied it has been the same automated reply giving me a GIFTCARD. I then wrote to them again saying i dont want the GIFT CARD, they replied back with " we will send you a gift card once your item reaches us".
I wrote back again saying "CAN I SIMPLY GET A REFUND, AS THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I CURRENTLY WANT".
THIS IS REDICULOUS.

Worst order ever

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and they haven't even processed my order due to a recent order. They took my money the second I hit the order button but no tracking. I messaged them and got we will contact you in 24-48 hours and the reply was due to a recent order we were unable to process your order. But I'm a previous order, should I come first. I leave for vacation in three days and thier website said I would have them in time. Now here I am shoeless and no shoe money to buy replacement. Thanks a lot dollskill. Ps it takes 5-10 business day after the order has been processed so I may never get my money back. Worst choice ever. I was fooled by all the good reviews. My luck.

I was unable to fit into my first order, thankfully i was able to return it for STORE CREDIT ONLY. But that's better than nothing at all, they have cute clothes but be aware of their values. They have stolen designs, promoted police brutality, glamorized drugs and sex work in the past, and have a lot of controversy. I chose to buy from them because as a plus size person i don't have many choices especially since i don't want to shop at torrid and look like a soccer mom(torrid can be good sometimes). Don't hate people who shop here though but be aware of who you're buying from. Customer service replied fast as well.

Terrible experience and customer service!

I recently made a purchase for a festival item. I was very excited for my package and even paid for expedited shipping so it'd be here in time. By day 7 I still had not gotten a shipment number. So I started contacting them. They said they suspected my card was not valid and they cancelled the order. Didn't email me even though they asked for an email to contact with any issues. I was also not refunded until I complained. So I'm pretty sure they were just going to keep my money. I'm absolutely disgusted. I will NEVER buy anything from dolls kill ever again. Sad because I'm a major raver and buy costumes often for modeling as well. They had the worst costumer service I've seen in a while.

UK customer - placed an order on 1st July and still haven't got it. Have emailed them directly over 12 times with absolutely no response whatsoever. Have now tweeted directly at them asking why they are ignoring my request for a refund/not responding at all and how they have breached the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by not delivering my item within the specific timeframe they have stated and the fact that it has now been over a month without any order and any explanation as to why after repeated attempts at contacting. Avoid like the plague if you actually want to keep your money or be treated like a human. If I could leave no stars I would be.

Returns Department is appalling
September 11, 2022

We returned a set of shoes in Mid June. They fit too large and sizes are not normalized to 37 or American 7. Mismatch. Followed the instructions exactly. Now it's mid August and no credit to our account. Will not care to do business with this company any longer unless their returns staff in the warehouse get with the program. Too risky.
In the meantime we wait impatiently. Email respond is good big lots of bS

One of my Favorite Online Boutiques!

Dolls Kill has such a wide variety of alternative fashions, and my favorite is the "Sugar Thrillz" brand. It is a particulary feminine, Y2K-esque fashion type and I love it. The customer service is super polite and fast. If your order isn't shipped in a few days, BEST BELIEVE it is because they're simply swamped on orders, but they WILL get to you in record time. You will get a confirmation that the order has been shipped and it will arie in about 3-5 days. Thank you for everything!

Scam, don't bother!

Half my order came damaged or wrong sized, had to wait two months for a response on my return where they clearly lost the package and expected me to provide pictures of the damage which they never told me to to in the first place. And the kicker they charged me $7 and change to process the return. A total scam for your money, don't bother.

Processing/shipping time is insane

They take an ungodly amount of time to ship. You need at least a month in advance to buy and get your product on time. I've never experienced this before from any site and I'm not purchasing from far away. I won't get my item for when I need it, so it was a complete waste of time.

Sizing is not correct on the website some of the shirts labeled size m are size xs like current mood.

Conning and Deceiving

I triple checked the return policy before I placed my order of £170 to be shipped rapidly to the UK. The policy stated that UK and US customers could either choose free returns for store credit, or refund to the original payment method if we were to pay the shipping fee of the return. I was more than happy to pay for the return provided I got my money back.
Unfortunately none of the items fit me. I have been on the returns portal for the last few days trying to log a return, but the portal wasn't recognising my order number. I emailed the company letting them know I wanted to return all the items, but I was having trouble - no reply. I have since emailed another 2 times, again no replies.
Today, my order number works on the portal, but the policy has changed and now I am only eligible for store credit! I have done some researching online and have found that this has happened several times to other customers. One UK customer spent over £1000 and was unable to receive a refund to her original method due to a policy change back in November '21. This is disgusting behaviour and acts as a way of locking our money in to their business without us agreeing to it at the time of purchase. I never would have ordered if I was unable to get a refund.

90% of the shirts on there including plus size are cropped. Seriously there's a lot of us who still want the entire freaking shirt. I'm fat I know I'm fat I want to dress like a fat. Chill with a freaking crop s***. There are so many shirts that I would get if they weren't cropped. STOP!

I've been cheated by Dollkill

I was given a credit of 101.25 after returning a sister Jane dress.
And then I ordered 3 items but only 1 item was delivered and they gave me back a credit of 70.58
When I checked my email, someone has used my credit and I'm left 4.53 of credit :(( . So from 101.25 I've only purchase a Betty boop which cost 17.50 + shipping 26++ omg so there I've been cheated haha

Also my account order shows items I've never purchased before so it's really strange its like someone has taken over my account

I suspect someone from dollskill has used my account to purchase stuffs... im not sure
Also they have given me a special discount code which doesn't work at all dollskill is a lot of bs really maybe because I'm a foreigner they can just bully

My address has also been changed to USA address Im in Singapore
So you see im in singapore I can't do anything... I can't report the matter to anyone haha
Also the website suxs can't even update my address at all?

NEVER AGAIN

This company is so irresponsible and I shouldve known any company without a real customer service number was gonna be HELL. I ordered a 90s costume 2 weeks ago and when it said delivered it never appeared. NO ONE knew where my package was I even went to the post office and nothing! SO BOOM THATS # 1. I needed that outfit for this weekend (tmrr) so I re-ordered early morning WITH OVERNIGHT shipping and my package hasnt came in yet. I ordered this TWO DAYS AGO. SHAKING MY HEAD! Im starting to think all these reviews ARE FAKE ASF!

Rose resurrection backpack

Overall my experience was great, it was shipped very quickly and arrived on my birthday which was like a present to myself. The only few issues are that when I opened the bag from its protective packaging there was this grey thin paper adhered to the bag around the studs (in the picture I've actually tried to remove it with some water so it's not as bad as it actually was) and also the rose embroidery was frayed. Not great, but not the worst. The bag itself has the worst zipper design feature ever, it's so stiff that you scrap your hand on the metal zipper every time you put your hand into the bag, not very practical at all. Would benefit from a zipper with a wider price of fabric.

You can see the adhesive and the paper around the studs, it’s not alot but enough to make me disappointed.
