I had accidentally inputted the wrong shipping address while purchasing my Halloween costume and didn't realize until a day later. I started panicking and emailed customer service where Marivic responded very fast updating that she was able to update my shipping address.
I love Dolls kill they have so many different items to choose from and the staff are awesome if there is a problem they respond in a timely manner and you will always leave satisfied I would fully recommend them to anyone
I had some one helping me called Holland, and she was so nice, sweet, and helpful. I saw some luxurious looking pieces of clothing, jewelry, and varieties of other items. The best off all they were decent priced! I would highly recommend going to this site!

As I search for a pair of sold out boots, I text to inquire about the restocking status. Instead of just saying no they will not restock, I was provided similar options of boots and instructions how to enter my email to receive a potential restock notification. It's very refreshing to have someone take the time to address a question in depth and with such an awesome attitude! Thank you!
Dolls kill is my favorite store. I find such unique statement fashion pieces that really let's me express my uniqueness. Love to shop here and see all of the different things they have available. Theres no other store like dolls kill, and their graphic design + brand identity is A+. As a graphic designer I can really appreciate that.

I was having trouble getting my tracking number for an order I had made for a pair of 1461 heart oxfords by Doc Martens. A worker named Nicole helped me find it in a matter of a minute a process that I feared would take a lot longer as I've had happen with other sites. Super efficient great employee.
Got huge haul delivered (as usual) and some items didn't fit as I hoped. Went through the returns process for cash back instead of store credit and immediately changed my mind after the return was confirmed. I wanted to use the store credit I would get for the upcoming Labor Day sale. I contacted DK customer service, and Holland gave it to me straight. I totally forgot I could cancel my return (prior to shipment of course), and start it over requesting store credit. She was super prompt on the response and didn't make me feel dumb for forgetting something I've done already and had slipped my mind. Super nice and very to the point. These Dolls rock my world!

- Also bought shoes. Because they took forever to arrive, by the time they actually did arrive... The shoes' price was cut in half and it was an overall annoying experience.

The customer service team are outstanding. Due to my own mistakes I messed up my order but the CST were so quick to solve it for me. They were so fast at replying to my emails. I felt really cared for. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience with them and they have ensured my future custom. I cannot recommend enough, every business has issues sometimes but communication is key and this company has it on Point!
My overall experience with Dolls Kill customer service has been quick and professional. This last time, it took a little longer to get an answer, but in the end my issue was resolved within a week. Each time I speak with personnel overall, they answer relatively quickly and respectfully.
I ordered a set for a music festival I'm going to next month, after waiting a while for the item to ship I was so excited when it said it was finally delivered, however... no package. Checked all around my house and mailbox and it's nowhere to be seen. Tried calling their customer service around 10 times with no answer. I emailed them and their only response was telling me that it was delivered. Have a feeling I'm never getting my clothing or money back.
I ordered a Halloween costume for a last minute party and selected next day delivery. I wrote to Dolls Kill asking if there's any way they could make sure I would definitely get the package on time, since I missed the 2 PM cut-off by a few minutes. They wrote back a few hours later assuring me the package had shipped and would arrive on time. And indeed it did! It got here today and I'll be good to go for the party tomorrow. Will definitely continue shopping here in the future. Excellent customer service!
I overall love Dolls kill along with their customer service. They are always so friendly and helpful. I had a question about a certain product and in less then 5 minutes I got the answer through their online chat customer service. 100% recommend this store for cute trendy clothes.
Dolls kill has done an amazing job of listening to their customers. I think they've really grown with their audience and care about what we want from them. I love supporting this female owned business- they inspire me to be myself and be more brave with my fashion choices. Their customer service is awesome, too. Any time I've needed help they got back to me really quickly and took care of whatever I needed.

I had two different transactions and they were able to help me and walk me through all the shipping and return process. They also provide fast feedback about items that I was interested and how I should sign up for email list to get notified on the restock. I love the Dolls Kill franchise! It's super dope and exclusive which makes u feel even more special! I love how u don't really see their type of clothes everywhere. My shipping experience with them is great because they stick to they're delivery time. Not to mention their customer service makes sure they respond to you and they're super sweet. I wish they would open a store on the EAST COAST! Love this store!
