I don't know if I've just got lucky every single time or if every person that works there is just an actual angel. They're all SO sweet and helpful and make you feel like you're talking with your friend. They've always solved my issues so quickly and the customer service is the reason I keep coming back!
Do not, under any circumstances, order from this company. It is by far the worst company, worst and rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Look at all these reviews and don't be tempted. Horrible, unscrupulous and rude.

I usually have to wait no longer than a day (sometimes I get same day responses!) for a reply. My issue has not been 100% resolved otherwise I would be giving a perfect 5 stars, but it's always a pleasure dealing with their kind staff.

I had placed an order for a sweater right after I had moved, with my paypal address automatically listed as my old residence. Their policy states they cannot change addresses, but I emailed them within a few minutes and was able to get it changed to a new address. Very sweet, resolved fully in about an hour.
Dolls Kill has the best customer service staff. There was an error with my order and they assisted me through the process of returning the incorrect items. The dates they gave me were accurate, shipping, and their response time when I would ask a question was fast. Defiantly my favorite business to order from and everything is so cute on their website. 10/10!
I was told that my package arrived and I was home all day! I even have a camera showing that I was home and no one came! They claim that they can't refund on stolen packages! What type of company does that! If you are willing to lose money then go ahead and buy from them! I wish I could have been warned! The sad thing is I don't have money and now this company finds it okay to steal from people! Oh and they said I opted out of insurance never did I get yhat $#*!ing option! For their $#*! to be so expensive they should cover that! I am so disappointed and would never ever recommend shopping here! I will spread this message as much as I can!
Had a minor issue with my order not being shipped yet. Contacted customer service the same day and they replied in less than 10 minutes. They also provided me with a shipping refund. I've always appreciated the efficiency of their service; they've yet to let me down. They usually ship fast and exactly on time, too, even during the pandemic.
So I ordered this bag and then looked up the online reviews, my stomach dropped and I Instantly thought my stuff just wasn't going to arrive at all.
I can't speak for the experiences of these other people but I ordered the 'diet culture' bag from the website and it arrived like the picture (it was a tiny bit warped from shipping but Its still beautiful, sturdy, unwrinkled and just looks clean AF) I was expecting it to arrive on a Friday, it came the Wednesday before. The packaging is cool and they put in some effort.
Ultimately it may be a risk, there are a lot of complaints. I just don't have any.
I accidentally used my old shipping address so I immediately checked the website to see how to change it and all needed to do was a simple text with my order number. They got back to me right away and fixed it. Soo much easier then an actual phone call
Ordered a pair of size 9 mules. Arrived in Australia, after two weeks. On checking the contents, found they had sent a size 7 instead. The outside of the box indicated the size as "7/40/9", as well as "9" on two further labels. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. Because of their mistake, I will be out of pocket (having to pay postage back to the US, which will be very costly) and she won't be receiving said shoes for Christmas. An order slip or return form was not enclosed, only a packing slip label. Making it more difficult to return goods. As they don't exchange, I will need to reorder the goods again. In effect having to pay postage three times, instead of once, if they had sent the right size in the first place! Will not be using their site again. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. With the conversion rate from Australian dollars to US dollars, this works out very expensive.
Okay to be honest, the low reviews did put me off but I was tempted by a 20% off site-wide deal and decided to rejuvenate my wardrobe. As a UK buyer, I was so worried about custom charges as I did spend a lot approx. £150. However, I was delighted when my order arrived in 6 days with no customs and everything being wrapped up very nicely.
I'm obsessed with Dolls Kill and I can't wait to order again x

Dollskill is one of those places that is at a consistent level of reliability. Shipping is pretty quick, and there's usually not any problems with my order. The sale category can have you finding pretty great deals as well. The only reason for 4 stars is because if you need to return something, they either charge you a shipping fee or only offer store credit, which is okay if you just need to exchange for a different size. Fix your return process!
I purchased a pair of ankle boots for my granddaughter for Christmas and they arrived on time she opened them Christmas morning and noticed that there was some imperfections in the boots. My daughter asked me to call and let them know which I did. I tried phone calling first and could never get
Through. Finally, I did text and with five or six text messages the situation was remedied. The 'Dolls' were absolutely wonderful to work with, so appreciated their help.
I've shopped both in store and online and I always receive the highest level of customer service from this company. This particular review is for Angel, who I was emailing about an online return. Angel went above and beyond to help me, and made sure my issue was resolved. I was a little nervous about shopping with DK as I saw some negative reviews but that has not been my experience. I've shopped with them countless times and have always been satisfied with their service :)
Anytime I've had a problem with something (which is not very often) Doll's Kill customer service has been very helpful via email. They respond quickly and fixed the problem within a few days. Overall, I've had excellent shopping experiences in this website.
They were really sweet and decided to send my package again after it went missing in the mail the customer service is great over the phone too way better than other customer service lines I've called about my packages or order mishaps
I was worried when id read these reviews and I was waiting on arrival but far out, so stoked with the 4 pairs of shoes ordered on two different days. I live in AUS and delivery took approximately 5 days... soo cant get any better :) xx
I have trouble finding clothes in my size because i am for 4'11 and about 90 pounds and im 18 years old so dressing like my age is hard when most stores don't sell clothes for people this small. But dolls kill has the most unique clothes and i think i spend too much of my free time scrolling through everything on there on a daily basis and just wanting almost everything. The clothes has really raised my confidence and i get so many compliments on my style nowadays. As for customer service, they are just as amazing as the clothes. They answer my emails within ten minutes. Always helpful on the phone. Just absolutely great and i'm so thankful for this company!

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
