Excellent Customer Service
January 11, 2021

DK always has very fast shipping, so when it had been 3 weeks and my shipment tracking showed it had shipped but didn't show a date for arrival I decided to reach out. The immediately created a new order and shipped out the items that were still in stock and gave store credit for any items they didn't have anymore. I really appreciate the excellent customer service here and it will keep me coming back.

Hot as hell

Dolls Kill is rad and they get the zeitgeist unlike any other. They speak to the alt customer better than hot topic ever did. They are relevant and understand the young rebel (but also the young Britney) of our society. They know how to deliver the "stop scroll" effect on social media platforms Even if you don't shop there, you cannot sent their relevance within today's society.

DREAM MACHINE

So I absolutely love this place to shop. I've never had any issues with shipping, customer service or the actual products. You have solid range from low budget to high and there's clothes for every style. It's like my one stop shop for all my fashion needs. I recently saw a change in free shipping but it was dope of them to offer free shipping because no place does that and I am accepting that change. I am a sucker for platform shoes and they always have a pair that i'm interested in.

Defective shoes CS

Received defective shoes. It took a day or two but they did reply with instructions. They said I could keep the shoes and offered me a store credit. A refund would have been better that's the only reason why this isn't 5/5 stars. I've had mixed experiences in the past (aka terrible) with their customer service but I'm glad they were agreeable on this occasion and didn't ask me to return the shoes while making me wait on store credit so I could buy a new (hopefully not defective) pair...
They also gave me a new discount code, though it didn't work...

I had been eyeing some items on Dolls Kill and ended up ordering a bunch of items for myself and for my Halloween costume. Unfortunately, the shipping courier lost my package, totally not the company's fault. I had the best customer service experience with their team, they got back to my email right away, were so kind, and offered multiple solutions for me. I will definitely order from Dolls Kill again in the future, they have really unique products and a super thoughtful team!

These dresses are so beautiful I wear one every day. When I am out and about I always get compliments! They hold up well and are the most comfortable clothes you can buy. The company has always answered my email right away! The dresses arrive in 4 to 8 days and I don't mind waiting a little longer for my special orders just awesome!

Cheap clothing with a horrible chemical smell, ripped off for £66 for a tutu only to find they only do refunds with gift cards (clearly they know their clothing is s**t), do not waste your money I regret my purchase so much. They've got a history or controversy and shady tactics. Of you want their clothes I reccomend getting them secondhand

I love Dolls Kill. Their selection is unbeatable and shipping is good/fast. The only thing I don't like is that they give store credit for returns, but I get it. When I have had to interact with customer service everyone has been super helpful. Sometimes I see certain items available for much cheaper elsewhere, but that's the internet for you I guess. Overall recommend.

First off thank you Chelsea in customer service! I had placed an order for my wife. A few Xmas presents since we both love the clothing line. I had a confrontation email and shortly after a tracking number for shipping. Knowing it was on the way I didn't give it a second thought. Well I gave it a week after it was suppose to arrive since it is the holidays. After that I reached out very late on a Thursday night thinking I would hear back the following day. Not an hour goes by and I have a return email explaining they are looking into it. Jump forward a few minutes and they are apologizing that it was lost in transit and are immediately refilling the order. Now I have a fresh tracking number with expedited shipping to ensure my wifes gifts will make it on time. And all of this happens in the middle of the night! This is a company I will absolutely buy from again and n the future. Thank you so much Chelsea! You're the best! Enjoy your Holidays over at Dolls Kill!

Was missing a few item

Last week after placing an order with Dolls Kill I saw all of these horrible reviews about them and become worried that my package would be damaged or never arrive. However, my package arrived quickly and undamaged. I ordered a t-shirt and belt with 2-3 day shipping, which was $4 instead of the free 5-10 day shipping. My recommendation for those who are worried they might have problems with their order, pay for the extra shipping charge and don't order if you are outside the U.S.

I had some complications with a package an the girl that helped me so sweet, and kind, replied instantly. It got lost an this is honestly the sweetest company the resent me the clothes for free. They make you feel like they are your actual friend lol.

Best Store Ever

Cutee and good quality

I bought some bed sheets and a duvet set and they're so cute, shipped fast and I love my princess bed. The quality is nice and the duvet is thick even without an insert. Even my hubby loves it lol. Just ordered some new stuff and customer service was really helpful, can't wait to get my pink shoes and Christmas sweater.

Update:I just got my sweater and shoes and they're so cute, always good quality

Awesome Possum

I love this company. They have so many great brands and so many different styles! Anyone could find something they like on here. They have amazing customer service as well. I has a pretty large order and a couple of my items did not get shipped with my other things. I sent in an email and got a response the next day. They just asked a few standard questions then the next morning I got a confirmation email that they had reordered those items for me and were getting them shipped to me ASAP. Best customer service experience I've had in awhile.

They do not care about their customers! They expect you to pay for return if you're in the UK despite issues with the item being THEIR fault! It is costing me £15-20 to return my £60 shoes that took 3 weeks to come! They also don't refund in cash but instead store credit! Joke!

I love that if I ever have any questions dolls kill support team is always there for me right away. I've never had an issue with anything I've ever bought (except one pair of pants didn't fit) and they made the exchange process extremely smooth and it was quick. Love the quality of the items and the people who make it all work!
