I've been shopping with Dollskill for a few years now as an overseas customer. Never been let down, shipping rates are very reasonable, and it always delivers in good time. Incredible range of brands I can't get in the UK and staff have been super helpful and sweet on the couple of occasions I've needed them.
They processed two of the same orders leaving me with a 800$ Charge on my credit card then when I did my return didn't process everything I returned then took away my 300$ store credit. I've been dealing with this for two months and they won't reach out via phone call and so I just email someone every week but they don't do $#*!! Just a terrible business trying to seem with the $#*!s but really just a money hungry company who doesn't give a $#*! about ethics, their customers, and doesn't use their platform to spread positivity. $#*! this company.
Ordered tights, shoes and a shirt from this site, Money has been taken £65, no parcel sent. I have emailed them and been asked to send pictures of my bank card (Dodgy as $#*!) My bank is looking into it now. It seems they are more likely to do this with oversea customers as I live in the UK.
My new bag is absolutely fire! I am IN LOVE and sure it's gonna get all the looks! I can't wait to take it out for a spin. And even better is the service: when I noticed the zipper was faulty about a week after I got it I just sent a video to the team and within a couple of days had a replacement shipped my way (including the same express shipping method as in the original order!). Truly felt so well taken care of! I'll be back soon
I love how prompt the response was when I contacted customer service on a out stock issue. Thank you again Lindsey! I do wish their website allowed for exchanges rather than returning it for store credit and ordering it again once it's all processed. It a very time consuming process and there's always a possibility of the size running out before I'm able to order it again, which is what happened.
Received our item damaged. (purse with a broken strap clasp). After several emails, including sending pictures, dolls kill would not exchange the item - last email now claiming they were out of stock. Gave us a store credit only - no refund. Now we are stuck with trying to repair the item ourselves at an additional cost and a store credit with a company I really do not want to buy from again.
Thanks to Dolls Kill for such a great customer service. My package was lost so I got an amazing feedback and help from the managers. I re-ordered, some of items were out of stock but I chose some other, so everyone is happy now.
I had to get a replacement for some boots, and they let me know they didn't normally do exchanges, but they made an exception! They were fast too, provided a first class priority mailing label and had it back within 3 days! Will definitely keep buying from them.
My parcel was lost when it was shipped to Germany. They took great care of everything, I was always informed and finally got a replacement delivery. And every single mail was super nice. Thank you very much for that!

Aside from the really cool stuff they stock, their customer service team is probably one of, if not THE best team I've dealt with! I made an error with my payment info and I was afraid it would be rejected and I'd lose out on a really good sale. Angelica got back to me super fast and was able to fix it all, she got back to each of my emails within like 5 minutes, if even that! Definitely a loyal customer to their brand now :)

I had to return some items to Dolls Kill. After I had dropped them at UPS, they became lost in transit. I spoke with two amazing people Paige and Leah who both helped me to resolve the issue and got me my store credit. They took the time to listen and spoke to me like a human being, after being shuffled around on 11+ calls to UPS it was a blessing. The clothes are always fun but it is really nice to see that the company has a friendly staff with knowledge to solve any issues. Thank you again
I found Dolls Kill a couple of years ago and immediately fell in love with the unique aestethic of their clothes and accessories. Whatever type of doll I want to be, Dolls Kill always has me covered with options for being either cute, sexy or both. A huge bonus is that Daddy loves the outfits too, so it's easy to borrow his credit card when I want to go shopping.:-)

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
