I absolutely love Dolls Kill! They have a wide range of unique and edgy clothing as well as cool home decor and hard to find brands! I've purchased numerous products from this site and I've never received an item that didn't match the website's description, Some were even better quality than what is shown on the website. The shipping is fast and simple. I recommend this site to almost everyone I know and no I do not get paid to this review is 100% my opinion!

I found dolls kill roughly two years ago. I've ordered a couple things in that time and I've never been disappointed. I love the wide range of options they have on their site because they are unlike any other. The lingerie is beyond sexy, and they always have dope graphic tees to choose from. I love just looking through some of the items since they give me inspiration and the models are all super hot! If I need something to make me feel confident and sexy I'll shop here! Love you guys!

I was sent the wrong item (somehow the incorrect size was placed in the bag), and after a bit of back and forth trying to understand what happened and everything, Laura from the customer service team was so lovely and even though I got a bit frustrated they stayed calm and kind and ended up resolving it 100% for me, even letting me keep the incorrect sized item while a new one is on the way. I saw other reviews complaining that they speak to you with "bby" and "babe" and all that, but I honestly think that's so sweet and made it feel more personal and it aligns with the brand aesthetic anyway.
Plus, all of the clothes I've ordered from them have been great!

Got my order last week. The items were so cute and cool with hello kitty. Unfortunately the pants had a bit of a problem. Contacted customer service and we replied straight away and worked through to solve the issue. Will definitely buy from again. Thanks.

I would describe my style as borderline off-beat, and have been shopping from Dolls Kill for years. Not only do their unique selection of clothes spark joy, I've also never had a bad experience with a clothing item or with shipping. When I do have questions, customer service has always been quick, kind, and helpful in their responses.

I appreciate the recent inclusion and elevation of people of color through their brand and model selection, and can only hope this continues to grow.

These queens always text me back after office hours whenever I need them. They understand we're addicted to their clothing & need immediate responses. I had a slight issue with my order they graciously shipped my missing item immediately. I've been a customer since 2013 (vintage dolls kill) & they've always always always stayed consistent helping me with any questions or concerns. Dolls kill will forever be my favorite place to buy clothes, shoes and accessories. Everything is so trendy and on point I'm obsessed! My entire wardrobe is slowly becoming nothing but dolls kill clothing and I love it. Their shipping is also super fast and the customer service is great and so helpful whenever you need them. I've never had many issues with them or with shipping but when I did they always got back to me real quick and helped resolve my problem. Definitely recommend them 100% :))

When i bought jeans from you a couple of days ago they arrived within a week even if i live in the middle of nowhere (Iceland) which i think is great since often it takes even longer from England, our neighbour. And when i asked about an out of stock item you were nice enough to find similar items for me which i think is amazing to put that extra work in. <3 would always recommend to a friend. Have also bought all my doc pairs from them since they come in so quick and end up being cheaper then buying them in a store in Iceland

I had placed a fairly large order on 4/15 only to find that a lot of the items I purchased went on sale the very next day for 20% off. I have reviewed the Dolls Kill FAQ and knew that they do not normally offer price adjustments, but I reached out to see if a one-time courtesy was possible. I spoke to Kay, whom was wonderful, and they advised that once I received my order, to reach back out to have the 20% off honoured. They advised my order becomes final sale once that adjustment is completed, which I understood.
I got my order and loved everything, so I emailed, and was connected with Angel. Angel took care of my adjustment and is the embodiment of their name.

I work for corporate for a large retailer, and was blown away with how friendly & helpful these representatives were.
I was so pleased with my experience, I went ahead and placed another large order this morning as well.

Very cool style, very fast shipping I got everything in 2 days, its so close to holiday still get everything super on time, it was a surprise! Thank you Shoddy for creating this brand, I will keep coming back for Doll Kill, to keep my wardrobe interesting not dull and stay weird. Love everything I got from Doll Kill, just one small suggestion, if you can have specific measurement for each item would help so much, might be less exchange and return. I got everything exactly what shows on the website, good quality, I got my boots size right, got few oversized shirt-dress, on my normal size, and they are a bit too long for me... other than that, everything is perfect! XOXO. I got the Against all odds utility boots, its very cool, no idea when would I wear it, maybe I will wear it everyday. Love you Doll kill.
