Dude, I ordered 8 items over $300 on sale so some were last available. Paid shipping and paid for it to get to me by Friday. The shipping company said they delivered it at my front door. I was home the whole time and they did no such thing. After 4 days of hearing the same useless reply from them and threatening to sue, the package was magically delivered in a white mini van. It was all very suspicious. I'm very reluctant to buy from them again if they use a terrible shipping company with no real customer service.

I really like some of things they offer and I've gotten some good stuff but I ordered a top and it showed up with a stain on the front, I emailed them and got no response. Then I ordered a pair of pink heels and there were little brown stains on the heel spike. They're not the worst stains but I've got no idea how to get them out.

I was happy with my shoes, but when I paid online after linking my card to their site I had multiple charges from google play taken from my account… I don't use google play…. It was taken right after the purchase the same day. The transactions were in the same location as dollskill store…. Be careful of fraud when making a purchases from this company

No doubt that Dollskill is offering paid incentive for positive reviews. I've been shopping here for 6 or 7 years, despite all the infamy surrounding stolen designs, etc. The quality in clothes AND customer service/quality assurance has dropped... twentyfold. There is no hierarchy / priority system when it comes to mailing out parcels, so you may as well go with the free option always. If you pay for express shipping, there's no guarantee you'll get express shipping. I've personally tested this, and received a Standard-Shipped package first - that was ordered days after an Express package. If you return an item, they throw it right back on the floor - not even bothering to check if it's been used. There's a 99% chance if you order more than 2 items, one of them is going to be used, defective, or such terrible quality fabric that you can't help return it... given the prices. I would expect this kind of sloppiness from much cheaper, much larger, corporate brands. I shouldn't be shocked that Dollskill doesn't take pride in their work - but you'd at least think they'd take care of the customers who are keeping them afloat. Especially after all this time. I don't know why I keep going back, I've been burned at LEAST 10x over and have returned countless items.

I was excited, when you're not mainstream it's a bit harder to find places that sell things for your style. I bought a pair of trainers, I followed the size guide and they are way too small.
I couldn't find anything on their site about exchanging, so I contacted them.
I got a swift if not extremely over friendly reply, which stated that they don't offer straight exchanges. I have to wait for them to process my return then they will issue store credit not to the amount I paid and start the process again.
I will have to pay three lots of delivery charges.
There has been a bit of back and forth via email, but no resolution.
So be very aware! The sizing for the trainers ran way small as you can see from the picture, and getting an exchange impossible.

The product I ordered was of extremely poor quality. I paid extra for shipping thinking it'll be nice, but the material is like of dollar store quality.

So I ordered shoes and accidentally chose the wrong shipping. I was really scared because I needed the shoes for this event coming up and I didn't know if they would be here in time. So I texted and whoever was on the other side of the line helped me out! They upgraded my shipping and I am so very thankful for that. I just tried on the shoes and they are SOOOOOO comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better product or a better experience. I will DEFINITELY be buying from here again! Especially when some of my favs are back in-stock with my size!
