I am noticing prices going sky high and products changing ingredients, like the baby powders, and packages getting smaller, like the toilet paper only months ago 340 sheets to 264 sheets of same package and price going up! This is not from inflation, no, it is the worst form of price gauging which all the big corporations are doing! I am appalled and outraged!

Do not buy frozen food from Dollar General especially pizza or bacon. I have bought at least 3 times where it was obvious the pizza thawed out then was frozen again. They leave product on carts in the aisle that's frozen for hours. Really a health hazard. Bought at Flemington Fl store on Hwy 318! Don't go there!

I got metallic markers not realizing a marker was taken out of it. What a rip off. Not happy at all.

Rude staff, crazy customers, dirty stores, second rate merchandise. Do yourself a favor and go to any Family Dollar store where you'll be treated like a valued customer and the merchandise is top class.

I would like to say that since the new manager took over at the Dollar general on Wooster road in barberton Ohio the store has never looked so good since she has been promoted to manager the aisles are open without any U-boats in them the shelves are stocked very nicely and all the employees are wonderful very friendly

Tara at store number ******* is and always has been excellent at her job. She is so friendly and very helpful. She has helped me so many times, just love her. What great access to have her on your team! Janet Robinson

I live in canastota ny just went there for the second time. And i wasnt disappointed! Filthy store, the idiot who waited on me was so dumb, i have 6 year old twin granddaughters that are smarter! She couldnt bag 6 items in 1 bag correctly and gave me an attitude! I have a pet rock smarter than the employees at this store. Rumor has it its gonna close. Thank god! You people should be ashamed of whats goin on there! I wouldnt go in there again if you said everything was free! Good luck in your future as they should call it filthy general! I live 16 miles from town. When I got a Family Dollar store 3.5 miles fom me I was very excited. This store is located on 385 south of Odessa. This particular store has very hard working employees. They strive to keep the store in order, shelves stocked and take pride in their store. I have been to many Dollar Generals and that are pure chaos. I love the sales and the regular price is ok. I dont mind paying regular prices for the convenience. They are as fair as any grocery store prices. I will always love my Dollar General. I hope headquarters rewards these hard working individuals and continues to improve the store. We just got the big change to include fresh produce! I LOVE this Family Dollar on South HWY 385, Odessa Tx.

May 10th I bought 2 packages of AAA batteries, took them home, inserted them in my remote, none of them had a charge, I drove back on May 11 th with my receipt, and was told they could not refund my money or anything, because they were opened, I asked, how was I going to see if the worked if I didn't open the package...I was told they were sorry.that's why she talked to the manager.So now I will never buy batteries there again.And this store on National Parks Highway was my favorite store..

West Salem Illinois store apparently has zero help! One girl sitting on the floor refused to get up and ring up my merchandise! I waited 2 minutes to get around other customer blocking the register only to wait another 5 minutes for her to tell me she'd be there in a minute. Very rude girl! I had to leave to to necessity so I didn't even get what I needed. I guess this is acceptable for management these days as no one seems to want to work and it's ok to be rude to customers,

My wife was a assistant manager got cussed out had things thrown at her She told that person to get the Fu out the D.M came and fired my wife.

Management very helpful If you like to work hard You will get the hours. District management has high standards. Good place to work

Everytime, I go to dollar general either I pick up the wrong product cause it's in the wrong place. Or they are all out of the stuff on sale. This is ridiculous. What's the point of coming to dollar general if you can't save money. I have stop clipping coupons trying to save as it does no good.no everyday savings. Only a Saturday, if you are having stuff on sale with digital coupons at LEAST have things stocked up.

The Wake Forest NC store is disgusting! Very dirty all over. The shelves are totally disheveled and a mess. Boxes of product are blocking much of the aisles. At my trip today 2 of the aisles were completely blocked! They were ones I wanted to buy some articles from. Also items of product were laying on the floor in many places. It was a pig sty! How could mgmt allow this?

I often go to dollar tree and their hours are posted as closing at 9pm, but I've gone several time at 8 and they are already closed.

Bought the Deluxe coffee maker big #*******895 $26.50 a store # 8860 Browfield Tx on March 21 2023, on April 20,2023 it would not make coffee, took it in to the store for exchange, Manager lady said cannot return after 30 days tomorrow will be 30 days, she was very rude to my husband, we live on a fixed income an $26.50 is a lot of money to us. We will never shop General Dollar again an will tell all our friends an family about this experience, I rate Dollar General as a negative 0, they do not deserve even a 1 rating, but I had to choose a 1 rating or could not submit this

Don't know if all dollar general like this. I've had two experiences with the same dollar general. Veterans in Tupelo Ms. First experience was last year. I ordered an online pickup. It snowed that as I was walking in the store the woman told me they closing the store. I didn't recieve my online order. I went back the next day. It was canceled supposedly. I never received any money. Second experience I thought that was like a one time thing from last time. I decided to give it another try. Ordered online pick up April 16. Most store hold your pick up up to a certain amount of days. Which is off I never seen dollar general give a certain day. So April 18. I went to pick up my item. It was canceled somehow. And somehow I didn't receive my funds. If buying anything from dollar general. Just go to your local store.

4126 Ogletown Stanton Rd, Newark, DE ******* has a worker who snapped like a snapping turtle. Her attitude was absolutely out of control. I arrived at 8:40 am The worker told me this store opens at 8am. Wow it' was 8:45. She never opened the store.
